I was worried about my radiator and Steve had a look at it for me and was honest about whether or not it needed to be flushed and said that I could wait until I had moved to Auckland if I wanted. He also checked my oil levels and topped up my wiper fluid free of charge 😊 I really appreciated his honesty and friendliness! Will definitely be back when I'm next in Tauranga! Thanks Steve 😊
B.It is always a pleasure to deal with people and businesses who have maintained that "old school" approach to service. Steve worked in unison with DM Auto Services next door to have my vehicle back on the road in 4 hours on a Friday! Super friendly, reasonably priced and delivered. I was also rapped to get a courtesy car so I could go about my business - Definitely will use these guys again!
M.Steve at Birch Ave Radiators is awesome. I had heard through the grape vine that he was great to deal with. My Camry needed a new top tank. Steve offered a few options to help save me money which was great. He replaced the failing top tank then couriered it to my work. The courier company damaged it but Steve organised a complete new radiator for me to pick up the following day. New radiator in and all good. I tell you now, don't stuff around, Steve will get you sorted. His customer service, prices and workmanship is awesome.

B.Lockdown sucked in Gisborne with mechanics closed and even though I tracked down Steve up in Tauranga he was honest and told me the suppliers of the cores were also shut, but he got back to me as soon as they were back in business so I cut out the middlemen in Gisborne and sent my radiator directly to Steve. Brilliant service and top communication. Bruza.

Attention given to completing the job asap followed by helpful communication. Tidy, well organised workshop. Caps and coolant available at good prices. Open early. An example of customer service all businesses would do well to emulate! (And the car's back on the road).
