The new owners Nick and Alana are outstanding! Their communication and work ethic cannot be faulted! Found a fault with the car that 3 other mechanics said was fine ... it's a "Territory" thing ... just keep driving it. Great to deal with and will definitely going back and telling everyone i talk to that they should too ! Thanks team !!!

M.Booked in and job, done fairly quick however I was left a bit disappointed with the overall experience, after spending over $600 on some general maintenance work on my ute some of the parts were overpriced compared to other quotes, and they really need to work on their customer service with finishing early and after works drinks of more importance than serving the customer for them.
t.Enjoyed my experience with Otumoetai auto. They were very upfront with costs before proceeding and kept me informed throughout the repairs.
