Recently dropped in for expert advice on panel and spray work. The team were extremely helpful and provided me multiple options. The prices were very reasonable compared to other locations in the Hutt Valley

Dave and team are excellent at doing repairs ,stick to the agreed tineline and do a first class job. Thoroughly recommend Heretaunga Collusion Repair to any person requiring remedial work done to there vehicle. The firm also fitted bumper bars to the back of our campervan and did an oustandibg job for a very reasonable price Well done Dave and team

Best in class, professional, fantastic workmanship are all terms that describe Heretaunga Collision Repair Centre. After a parking lot accident where someone had parked against my car, I was looking for a repairer, which was when I found the fantastic reviews from Heretaunga Collision Repair Centre. I approached Paul, and I let him know beforehand that I am very pedantic when it comes to my car and that I wanted a repair that looked at least like the bumper came out of the factory which was when Paul assured me that they could meet my expectations. Three days later I was blown away at the fantastic work completed by the team, not only was the repair undetectable my entire bumper also had a new layer of clear coat, and my quarter panel was buffed to a mirror finish, the headlight restored to original condition, and the entire car washed and waxed to a shine. I highly recommend this fantastic team, not only are they incredible people but they surpass the competition with ease.

Highly recommended! Paul and his team did a great job getting us back on the road with this tricky dent. Did exactly what was needed, in less time than he said they'd do it. I was also really pleased that the damaged bumper and panel could be repaired and not replaced, which would have seemed unnecessarily wasteful and time consuming. The service and work done were excellent and beyond my expectation. I thought the car cant be ficed but the collision repair staff did a fantastic job putting the car back tigether. The work done was more than 100%. I am completely satisfied. Whats more the price was affordable as welk.

One of the Best for me. The biggest factor is the honesty. I live in Johnsonville and I have several vehicles I had bad experience in the past with the panel beaters. RS Lane petone (polite & smooth talks but extremely unprofessional with their work - went their 3 times as they did not ensemble parts in the first go), Edwards Island bay (good paint job but no neatness in the parts placement). these panel beaters I shortlisted after meeting 9 other panel beater in Island bay and Petone. I was not happy at all. After this I decided I will go somewhere else, finally to upper hut. One of the vehicle needed a bumper and headlight change. I had all the parts. Before Collision repairs I visited two other panel beater, I will take their name and cost quoted, so it is more transparent. The moment they come to know I am not using insurance they started giving me an unrealistic estimate. Totara Panel beater $900+ and Delta J $ 1600 approx. I was like WHAT - HAHA. Then I visited collision repair. I met the young fellow. He broke down the work chart infront of me showing all costs clearly. Completely transparent. Very honest. They charged me only $450 dollars. I was speechless. I have not seen this sort of honesty and patience. Job done was also as per expectations - neat and tidy. Conclusion for Collision Repairs- Very HONEST, experienced and very respectful. It would be great if we have more panel beaters like them.

As usual had brilliant service and a great result. They originally fixed a car for me that had been repaired elsewhere.This is the third time I've used them and I'm very happy with the result this time too. I completely Recommend Paul and the team. Nice work guys!

Had my work car repaired by Dave and the team. Great service and a good result. Parts are hard to source after COVID-19 but happy with the updates as the parts became available. All fixed and back on the road.

Paul goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable with the work that is to be carried out. He took the time to talk me through (on more than one occasion) the possible options available to us, the potential risks and solutions for these. All before even seeing the car and based on a few photos gave me a fair quote. I would certainly recommend talking to Paul if you are looking to get work done in the Wellington area.

Paul and his team did an superb job on my Subaru Legacy. Looks better than when I purchased it. Paul is very professional and even though there was a slight delay in getting the car back due to a unrelated issue he maintained good contact and communication which is #1 for me. Done a few qoutes to access door hinge requiring repair back into place, Heretaunga Collision Repairs were fantastic. The information and service was awesum. Courtesy car was no problem just the little things like having your car repaired and parked up for the customer ready to drive away definitely 5 Star Rating from me!

Really great advice and service given here! We had a small windscreen chip to our and wanted to know whether we need to repair it. Paul gave us great advice and assured us it was only wear and tear. Services in Germany would have advised us to repair it to make money. You can really expect friendly and honest people working here. If I needed to repair my car here in NZ near the area, I would go to this place!

My car looks better than before the collision and they even took the extra effort of photographing how my subwoofer was connected before taking it out so that they could connect it up again when complete. this place is great, I am a high school student and they were incredibly helpful, gave me good advice, and an affordable price for fixing my car. it was also done within an incredible time frame, and they were very flexible with my schedule to the extent that they were willing to arrange an after hours pick up for me. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a panel beater :)

Fantastic advice and service. Needed to fix some minor paint chips on several panels. Paul was realistic about the costing of different options and recommended the cheapest which was to mix up some matching touch up paint. It was ready the next day and he polished over the rust spots, gave me some free rust arrestor and great instructions on how to apply the paint. Paul is a great guy. You can tell he knows his stuff and is someone you can trust. Will definitely take any related jobs here from now on.

Yeah it happens. I went to Heretaunga Collision Repairs for advise, great advise! Insurance quik and easy as they said. Booked in, no problem. Loaned me a car for a few days and did a great job, really pleased. Cutomer service bloody outstanding! Would recommend them any day.

After being involved in a head to tail collision earlier this year, my first call was to Paul & Jen to see if they could squeeze my car in to get repaired. Amazing service - they even collected my car and dropped it off to me once she was repaired. Paul's work is immaculate - such a high standard. Had some rust repairs done to the sills of my Citroen AX after a failed WoF. Explained what needed to be done clearly and did a high-quality job. They also stuck to the original quote despite the rust being a bit more extensive than expected. Nice work Paul & Team 👍

Paul repaired the mirrors and door handles on my 1st car and did a great job so I decided to take my weekend car in for a full re-spray. It looks like new, the communication I got from Paul was 1st class, he even replaced some missing clips at no extra cost. I can't recommend the team at HCRC enough. Keep up the great work guys.

Awesome service here! Prompt, friendly, concise with all aspects of service from quotes, time frames and updates. There is a great team here so make the trip, its worth it! There's also some great BBQ smoking tips here if your nice to the team, they may even share a few valuable smoking food secrets with you!

Awesome panelbeater..car developed a leak and Paul repaired it on the same day I showed him the leak (a Saturday). Paul did a very thorough job at a great price and very fast. This is the second time I have used HCRC (last time was for rust repair on door Pillar), and each time I have been very happy with the workmanship, helpfulness and fast and friendly service I have received. If you want your car repaired without any hassles and at a great price don't go past Paul and the team @ HCRC.

We had a small insurance job with a dented side front bumper. The job was done impeccably and they even went a step further and cleaned up the whole front bumper under cage. Car looked great. Would recommend highly and will definitely go back if ever needed 😊😊

Paul's professional work is only surpassed by his compassionate approach to a emergency problem we had with a motor home door just before Christmas. Within 2 hours he and his team had worked on the door to restore the function and appearance to now stronger than the original.
