I've been a customer at Wanaka Auto Repairs for 3 years and Grant and his team have always looked after my car with the best service, I really trust them and can count on them when I need help, and appreciate how they explain things to me in a way I can understand. Easy and great to deal with, and reasonably priced for me. Will always keep coming back

I was really happy with the service at Wanaka Autos, I was referred on by a family member. As a new local customer they carried out a WOF and a service on my car including replacing my pretty pricy oil filter. This all came together at a reasonable price for what I am used to and was able to easily afford my bill for payment. Friendly service and informed me of what work they anticipate will Need done with my next service so I am able to plan for it.

Friendly and helpful receptionist. My camper van had an overheating issue which they were able to diagnose and give recommendations on to resolve. Provided a printout (very helpful when I took my van in for repairs at my next long stay destination) and a verbal report answerung any questions I had. Due to travelling time constraints got a full service and they did what they could with cooling system. Overall cost seemed fair and I was happy with it. Highly recommend them largely because of the diagnostic printout and verbal report provided.

My campervan was leaking a little bit of oil, so I brought it here. They checked it out for a really reasonable price and provided me with an estimate for repairs. What I appreciated most here is that they said these repairs were not necessary, gave me some tips regarding the situation, and off I went. In a world where a mechanic could easily convince a backpacker they need to throw a bunch of money into the van, this place treated me with respect and honesty. They also had appointments available before the other local shops and they communicated well. So, I would definitely recommend.

We had our campervan checked here because of some squeeking noises from the brakes. They did it for a really good price and gave us some fair evaluation. Thank you, we can definitely recommend it.

Good diagnosis but tried to make us fix the clutch first (1350 $) when our major issue was the fuel filter (100$). We drove to the tekapo mechanics, they made a real diagnosis and fixed it for much cheaper

Our car's engine light came on going over the Haast Pass and we needed a computer check to see what was at fault. Karla and Grant at Wanaka Auto Repairs went out of their way to help us, fitting the scan into their busy schedule, and then ordering parts and fixing the problem for us as soon as they could. We really appreciated their friendly and professional help, and highly recommend them. And as for Wanaka - what better place to be stuck for a few days!

As a new customer Karla was very welcoming and gave full details of what would be done in the service. On collecting the car it was also great service to receive an email with things that will need done in the future so we could plan for this.
