This crew truly are professionals, and It is easy to see why they were recommended to me by a third party. I am astonished by the efficiency of this team, and have provided me with an excellent service. Tom was prompt with the repairs to my vehicle, and I am glad to say I will be returning for any services needed.

Service of vehicle was quick plus I needed this done and it was convienant, my only negative was pricing thought there pricing is high otherwise no hesitation in going back reason I only gave 3 stars. They did bring something to my attention where as other places I've been to didn't, so appreciated this. thank you.

I approached Autostop on Facebook and they were responsive and happy to answer any questions regarding future repairs of my car. Timing chains is a big expensive job, so wanted to make sure i got my questions answered before committing to it. During the repair they sent me photos of progress at my request, which was great to see the inside of the engine for peace of mind, and they were very forthcoming with information when i asked. I didn't at all feel like i was being ripped off. You pay for what you get when it comes to repairs and i got great service along with it. The staff were very friendly and when additional parts were required to complete the job, they provided options and let me decide, which was great. I really enjoyed my experience with Autostop Johnsonville, I will be going back there for any future car repairs and it was great to support a local business that employs such friendly and helpful people.

Amazing service, came out to me very quickly as car wouldn't start and knew what the issue was. Got it sorted in less then a couple of hours and prompt communication that the car was ready, I got both a text and call to make sure I knew. Would highly recommend them.

Was able to book my car in quickly, issue with my tyres whilst servicing and quickly sourced two reasonably priced tyres and fitted them in time for my to pick up the kids from school, now that’s customer service! Thanks guys, highly recommended

Super awesome and fast service. Don’t remember who served me when I dropped of my car but he was super friendly. Also only took half an hour to change my tyre and they got ahold of me as soon as they finished. Will definitely go back in the future.

I have been going to them for 15 years and trust them to do a great job looking after my vehicles. Always prompt and upfront with what is required and the costs involved. Their work is reliable, I have never had to take anything back to them. Very friendly and flexible. Open from 7 am to 6 pm weekdays and from 7 till 12 on Saturday. Great location too.

I’ve had to get a Tyre replacement here a couple of times and they have been really good at contacting me quickly once parts were ready. Reasonably priced and give you options on replacement Quality if you are on a budget. Also often running 2 or 4 Tyre deals

Best mechanics in Johnsonville, and that's saying a lot since there's 3 in the space of 5 metres of each other. The staff are friendly, and they have managed to do emergency work on my car with little notice which I really appreciated. Obviously this is always going to be dependent on how busy they are. I always feel like my car is getting taken care of when I take it there and won't go anywhere else.

Its mainly a tyre, suspension related shop. Went to do a wheel alignment before heading for a long road trip and everything was done in 2 hours, the car felt perfect after that. They squeezed me in on a friday while I was going on sunday. Paid 150$. Recommended.

Reasonable price and reliable service every time. Highly recommend... Both times I have been here, they have kept me updated with pricing while work is being done, been able to complete the service and repairs on the same day and charged a reasonable amount too. They have also gone above and beyond, helping even when I have called them from a different end of the country for advice. If I’m ever back in Wellington, I won’t be going anywhere else :)

Summary: went above and beyond to fix. I had a high-end Android radio. It a complex install, with every bell and whistle. The initial electrician was a bit young, and missed a few things. However when I raised, manager got involved. He had to talk to an external company to get pin out for steering wheel radio controls, but quickly sorted. I recommend

I was introduced to the Manager of this business by a mutual friend suggesting that I would get excellent service and at very reasonable prices .... and he wasn't wrong! This visit to their workshop last week, was by second one in as many years because there was no need to go back to them for anything and our car is now ... six years old! Tony and his team are professionals in what they do and their customer approach is second to none - good, honest service and very reasonable pricing! The work was Good and services bwere efficient

It was a year ago, and on the way up the hill from Wellington the computer in my car started beeping incessantly that my break fluid was low. Autostop Johnsonville was the first service place we found - the young man who dealt with the problem was amazing. He checked all the brakes, topped up the brake fluid (low, but not dangerously so) and sent us on our way. If I lived nearby I would be going there regularly.

Staff are friendly and professional. No hassles dropping the car off and work completed on time.
