On 29/7/2016 we carried out a WOF and a Pre-Purchase type inspection for john Conen. On 21/8/2016, yes 3 weeks later, he emailed us and claimed that we had broken one of his grills.
We did not break it. The plastic retaining clips that hold it into the bonnet have broken. The plastic retaining clips on the grills of E46 BMW vehicles can break at anytime due to the age of the plastic. This was clearly explained to Mr Conen, with supporting evidence easily obtained by carrying out a Google search.
Mr Conen proceed to make threats to try and get his own way. One of his threats was to post a bad Google Review which as you can see he has done.
