From the start I was struck by the friendliness and professionalism of Andrew and the team. Excellent information around the process and expected results were provided over email which gave me a high level of confidence in the outcome. On the day of my tune I drove my Audi TT down to Xtremetuning and was happy to be offered a ride to work saving me an Uber fare. At the end of the day I picked up my car and the tune was well explained. Unfortunately it was raining quite heavily so I didn't really get to test out the new power till a few days later, but when I did, I had a huge smile. I Highly recommend Xtremetuning.

Thanks Brno Really appreciate the top quality service & quick turn around, all within 24hours & on a Saturday! 2019 Nissan Navara ST 2.3TDi Bi-Turbo It's a completely different driving experience! The gear changes are smoother & the power delivery is more even, & that extra torque is now available on demand. It doesn't hunt for gears like it used to, it just gets on with it! The power delivery through the rev range now is unbelievable, it just keeps on pulling until it runs out of gear, then it grabs another one, and goes again! You truly are a master of your craft! Brno just did a performance tune on my 2007 Bentley GT and what a difference. The car was not slow to start with , but now it is a completely different beast, upping the torque to almost 900nm. Couldn't be happier. Great guy great service thanks Brno

I really enjoyed my experience with Andrew and the Team. I presented with a std NA engine and they were very upfront about the types of gains I could expect. After about a month of driving I have noticed the following improvements/ better up hills/more power on Motorway/better gear shifting (A)/better accelerating :) according to EVI fuel economy was 11.3 now 12.5. Car is a better version of itself and that is what Andrew and the team said it would be! Super professional service too! totally recommend...

Had a tune done on my 350z. Both Andrew and Brno are awesome guys and are so easy to talk to. I was helped through the whole process and was made clear about prices and time frames. I couldn’t be happier with how the beast turned out, it really feels like a sports car now, plus the pops and bangs is so much fun to play around with. Will definitely be using Xtreme Tuning again! Very pleased to have Andrew and Brno do their magic on my Fiat Abarth 1400 Turbo. The car was already pretty nippy but now the scorpion really has a sting in its tail. The throttle response is impressive, the power to weight ratio is insane. Thanks guys, highly recommended.

Brno is a top notch technician, and a real enthusiast. I tuned my 2011 Subaru Outback 3.6R, with the intention of increasing its torque and improving its dynamic range. I engaged XTG after weeks of searching (like many other potential clients) and found XTG had the best reputation, honest reviews and conservative promises, i.e. they didn't BS their claims. Brno contacted me in January 2020, but it wasn't until June 2020 that I pulled the pin and got the tune. Between their website and Brno's feedback, I was able to prepare my car (basic servicing + new consumables) for the best results. The tune took three hours on the dot producing far more gains than I anticipated. The EZ36D in New Zealand-market Outbacks puts out 191kW and 350Nm. With a basic service, a K&N High Flow air filter and running 95 octane (by Brno's recommendations) I got 213kW and 380Nm. The car's throttle response is vastly improved with the ability to now crawl, rather than dumping the revs. Its dynamic range is vastly improved with torque pulling earlier and longer throughout the power band. Cornering and city driving is finally enjoyable, and straights are a total highlight. Fuel consumption has also improved, something I'm attributing to the modified air fuel ratio parameters and improved throttle response. For a decade-old naturally aspirated vehicle, these are massive gains. While I've *only* gained approx. 30kW and 30Nm at the crank, I've gained a whole driving experience. I can't recommend these guys enough. Speaking from experience, their customer service is miles beyond the competition. They don't oversell their services, they give conservative estimates and treat all cars the same. Thanks to Brno and XTG.

Really a good move for my Truck's performance, it awakened the beast inside the engine. Big Shout Out to Andrew who sorted my Truck's remapping. Job well done.

Andrew was really informative and didnt muck me around at all. My hilux was tuned and i really noticed the difference in low down power and boost. Would def recommend. Also enjoyed driving their hotted up loan car

Got my Landcruiser Prado remapped, which has made a significant difference to the power & torque, & it's now a much better tow vehicle than it was. Won't be winning too many drags at the lights but at least it's no longer humiliating. Brno at extreme Tuning was very professional, explained everything in great detail & the work was completed ahead of schedule. Not cheap, but would definitely recommend!

I don’t normally leave reviews. These days it seems rare to find businesses that care about the service they provide rather than focusing on the bottom line to the detriment of all else. Prior to my interaction with the guys from Xtremetuning I didn’t know they existed. I didn’t know them, I didn’t know someone who knew them, they didn’t come recommended to me by anyone. I just happened upon them when searching information about getting a tune for my 370Z. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was indeed a shop in Wellington that did that kind of work. I can’t speak more highly of the guys. My Z has more horsepower and better fuel economy than before. The car feels like its been allowed to breath more and performs as such. The team at Xtremetuning were friendly and couldn’t do more to help. They explained the process in layman’s terms so that I could grasp what it was they were doing under the covers and they sort my feedback throughout the process checking to see that I was happy with the results all the way through. They put in the extra yards to ensure my outcome was a good one and made sure I knew their door was always open should I need a tweak here and there once I got used to the new feel of my vehicle. They are running a business, but they also seem to be doing something that they enjoy and the relationship with them is more like friends and enthusiasts working together on a project rather than simply having a business interaction. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone who wants to see what their vehicle is really capable of.

Had my 05 350Z tuned here. The quality of service and communication is the best I've seen with any tuner shop in all of the Wellington and Manawatu area. Brno and Andrew did everything I expected and more. The car runs great and the pops n bangs are done perfectly. They also did a speed limiter removal, for track use only of course ;) Very professional and friendly guys who know their stuff and are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend 👍

I had my car ECU remapped for more power. Brno came up to Masterton and we had a great afternoon. I couldn’t be happier with the result, the car now has more power the gear change is smoother and stays in the gears longer. My car is a Jaguar and now there is no lagging in any revs. I definitely recommend Xtremetuning and Brno is a great guy.

Hi Andrew, Just a quick update, I'll do more later on but just to say thanks for yesterday. The MPS 3 is fantastic after the remap. The improved throttle response is immediately noticable and makes driving on twisty backroads in 4th a real buzz. Now with 220Kw and 470Nm the broader torque curve is a big improvement and the smoother power delivery makes it actually easier to drive. The power increase is noticable but hard to use too much of that anyway without getting into trouble very quickly lol.. Its the torque improvements and spread and throttle response that has me smiling.. I'm so pleased i finally got it done after 10 years of thinking about it. Cheers to you and Brno. Brno and the team at Xtreme are professional and punctual, something that doesn’t go hand in hand as often as you might think. Our 2018 Hilux was flat and overtaking was arduous and through the rev range she felt lethargic. After Brno tuned the ECU it was like a completely different vehicle to drive...! The smooth seamless power through the rev range was most impressive and the extra 100n.m of torque was obvious from even driving out of the carport. BUT.... when you got on the motorway the difference was incredible.. I rarely get a smile on my face driving a diesel... but Brno and the team achieved just that. 10/10 highly recommended. Excellent service from Andrew and Brno, good communication and help through out the whole process. My Amarok V6 was already good but these guys took it to a different level. 2 months on and travelling throughout NZ with a full load of tools and often towing 2000-3000kg the results of xtremetuning are obvious. The increase in torque and power, the complete lack of turbo lag make my ute much more responsive. Very pleased with the end result, thanks.

Got my r32 (pictured in updates) tuned and couldn't be happier. Power results may not have been huge but that's what you get when it's N/A. Brno was an awesome bloke to deal with, with fast communication about any questions or queries. My cars gearing is way smoother and the power comes on quicker and without lag. Very happy with the results. My Golf GTi gained 42hp and 100Nm from the tune. Such a great improvement to the car and I reccomend it anyone who is thinking about getting a tune. Brno was excellent and gave good customer service and was very friendly.

I took my 2013 Ford Ranger into Xtreme tuning for the performance upgrade in both torque and power. There is a noticable difference in off throttle power as well as torque with extra load up hills. Would recommend this to anyone looking for more performance in a way that doesn't compromise engine internals.

I had my Ranger PXII upgraded with Brno. He came to my location, plugged in and done his thing. I wanted to wait a while before I gave my review. So far I have been extremely impressed, throttle response and towing has been noticeably far FAR better! I would recommend this tune to another Ranger owner for sure. Thanks Brno and the team!

Happy returning customer. A year ago I have tried couple of tuning chip boxes on my first Ranger, but they didn't do much apart from making the vehicle smoke. I got rid of those units fast, then I contacted few guys in Wellington but it turned out all of them are dealers, meaning all they do is buying tuning files from overseas and upload it onto your vehicle without having any knowledge about the map modifications. One of them was a oil changer "mechanic" a year ago and now he claims he's a tuners. Unbelievable. Finally a mate referred Brno and his team who I'm very happy with. Proper office, certifications, tuners, excellent customer service. Thanks again Xtremetuning for the tune. I still can't believe how much extra power is hidden in these diesels have. Throttle sensitivity is just how I like it, there's no turbo lag at all and UTE just pulls and pulls holding the gear even up on the gorge. Fantastic transformation, worth every dollar spent. I'm so glad that Xtreme tuning can do all modifications I requested in-house. Keep up the good work Brno and team, you guys are champions. Cheers!

They did tune both of my cars, a BMW 530i and a HONDA CR-v . Brilliant job, thanks guys. It was a long journey to find a genuine tuner around Wellington. Surprisingly, it is harder than I thought. As an It professional, with software development background I know what i had to ask. Brno convinced me in no second about his knowledge. Other tuners I have found only copy files and they buy the file from overseas. They have no idea what they are doing, only copying files. general files... For example I found a guy who is a car mechanic in Wellington, and turned out he does tuning as well without any knowledge, I wouldn't go there :) Long story short, If you are searching for a real tuner company, go to Xtremetuning.

2017 Toyota Hilux 2.8 and 2018 Ford Ranger 3.2 turbodiesel. When we started looking for a tuning solution we didn't really know who we can trust. We talked to few workshops but they all seemed to be dealers only. Finally the dealerships recommended Xtremetuning to us saying they are the only workshop in Wellington with actual software programming background. We ended up getting both of our UTEs tuned by Xtremetuning. The level of professionalism, communication and technical knowledge was 5 stars. The UTEs are pulling a lot harder now, totally different vehicles after the tune. Can't recommend these boys enough. Thanks heaps for Brno and his team.

My Amarok already packed some punch, however was made more sharper and responsive by the Team at Xtremetuning. Efficient, in and out in less than a day, and the changes are very noticeable. Yet to try it with a full ute but am sure it will not miss a beat. Thanks guys. They also explained everything in simple responses.

Many thanks for your help Brno. Our Passat is now significantly more 'urgent', and has a much stronger shove in the back. The traction control now has a lot more work to do! Unless we're giving it some jandal, no-one would know- it's still smooth and discreet off boost.

Bruno and Dan are excellent at what they do. Their service level is impeccable and the result on my F30 320i BMW was incredible. They turned my 320i into a 328i so I basically got myself $15,000 worth of car for $1,500. The extra horse power is incredible.

Brno did an amazing job on my F20 116i. He is really passionate of what he does and most importantly, he is very competent. I would recommend Brno to everyone out there who is struggling on the performance of their car and want some more. You won't be disappointed.

Brno was great to deal with and answered all my questions as well as some post tune follow up queries. The ute performs fantastically with the tune and having driven it for a while now and then hoping into the same model ute but with no tune I was amazed at how sluggish it felt. If you've got a ranger I highly recommend getting Xtreme to give it a remap, wish I'd done it sooner!

Got my '17 Audi A6 tdi tuned a week ago by these guys. I was totally amazed by work these guys provided for me. First I just walked in as I had tons of questions about the tuning, how its getting done, how much power they can give me, etc. The way they explained things for me just blew my mind, suddenly I got a good understanding on how these systems work. The team did a fantastic job for me. I was very specific at what needed to be modified and enhanced. They went above and beyond the call of duty. The car is a lot more responsive and is almost anticipating me for when the foot goes down. And a extra bonus is the fuel economy has improved

Dropped my 2017 Ford Ranger off to you guys yesterday for a stage 1 remap in the hope to achieve a similar outcome to all the awesome reviews I have come across. I’m stoked with the outcome!! My main reason for looking into what Brno does at xtreame tuning was to help improve the fuel consumption especially whilst towing a trailer. I had always found the Ute to be a bit sluggish and the power quiet truckie. The automatic transmission at times seemed to be a bit confused about what gear it should be in, chopping down when it didn’t really need to etc. Immediately after picking the Ute up I noticed the 100NM torque increase off the lights and the gear changes are now so smooth you hardly notice their there. It pulls like a school boy in any gear now which makes towing much less off a drag. Unable to give a educated review on fuel consumption but going off how much less the Ute is straining and chopping down the gears it has to be a lot better. Lastly just want to thank Brno and his team at Xtreame tuning for such a friendly professional and efficient service.

got my 2011 hilux remapped by Brno last week. heaps more power goes well. got more acceleration and pick up. spins the wheels easily too. i will be out 4 wheel driving this weekend and i will see how it performs. cheers Brno went out 4 wheeling driving in the weekend. performs really well, heaps of torque and power, a big improvement cheers again Brno

Just got my NP300 Navara tuned. Man, this is what I call a real transformation!! I can’t believe how sluggish it was before this tune. No turbo lag, it holds the gears now, it takes off like a petrol and the oversll performance of the UTE... it just goes effortlessly. Seriously, Nissan factory should employ these boys. I was traveling around NZ in my van with recurrent DPF issues. Brno was able to see me at short notice, remapped and tuned my van the same day, and even went the extra mile to find me a reliable mechanic for the removal of the DPF filter. Great service for solo female traveler.

Amazing service I would definitely recommend to Anyone the amount of horsepower and torque you get from the ECU tune is unbelievable like it is a significant difference not only that but it is really affordable and the staff there are so friendly and get the job done so fast I dropped my car off at 4 pm and it was done by 6 pm no other ecu tuning company compares in my opinion

Wow I had my Audi SQ5 remapped yesterday and the difference is unbelievable, lightning fast acceleration and a real zip up through the revs and gears that wasn't present before, to be fair its gone from fast to bloody quick indeed
