Quick service turnaround, friendly approachable staff. Reasonable rates. Great corner site location with good parking.

We had issues with our vehicle coming up from Auckland so we tried to call a mechanic to have a look but everyone was busy including these guys. When I explained my issue over the phone they still offered to take a quick look at it. John took us for a quick drive immediately identified the issue and gave us advice on what needs to happen they even recommended some places we could try that might have time to look at the car for us. Thank you for your help.

Advanced Automatics does a great job for rebuilds- Services- Special gearboxes and Even car services. Great people, well informed and Really know what they are doing. What they say they do, and then some. We take both cars there, and a friend took his Corvette there for a complete rebuild. He is so happy and said his is better than when new. I think that says volumes.

So far great. Getting work done on a European vehicle and only processional service both in communication and up to date standards when it comes to quality. However, a cheap run about for a courtesy car would go a long way for us customers as many come a long way for the type of quality you offer.

Punctual , Professional and attentive with good pricing for the work I had done. I bought a car in the North and had a new trans cooler fitted and full trans flush and service. Drove to Invercargill over the next 36 hours and no issues. Cheers Ross.

More than happy with the service received at Advanced Automatics. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend this company if you need to have your automatic vehicle serviced or repaired. They are booked well in advance so don't leave booking in till the last minute.

The information on the repairs was very thorough and the car feels much better as a result of the work done. I was very pleased with the service provided by everyone at Advanced Automatics.

I'm sure my account was probably a 1 off, but I booked in for first thing in the morning for a diagnostic and service, told it would take about an hour to complete. It was an hour before the car was touched. The trans was on its way out so no service was done. All up 4hrs sitting around in the sun in my wheelchair waiting. The bill was on par with what I expected to pay tho. I would return based on that.

They were very busy and still made time to fit me in for a diagnostic for my car. All really nice people there and they make you feel like a valued customer.

They know there stuff but they are expensive.Always try lock a price in 1st and try and negotiate there are more than one specialist in Whangeri.
