Always a very good experience from first phone call to collecting my car when the job was completed. Customer service is efficient and friendly and the standard of work is very high. Absolutely no hassle whatsoever with insurance claims, Debbie in the office makes it simple and easy to do. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my repairs, John Neal Panelbeaters tick all the boxes from start to finish and I even received a free valet service on my car today! Most definitely a 5 star experience, they all made me feel better after the stress of having my vehicle damaged.

The good and the bad. The good thing is they really give quality service and I have never been disappointed by the end result. They are true to their word and deliver the day they state. Bad side, they are good at what they do ! Meaning they are in high demand...but well worth the wait. Would recommend them any day, never use anyone else actually.
