M.Did a click and collect late one afternoon (hopefully)for pickup the next morning. Got confirmation that my item (battery) was ready to collect early the next morning. When I got there they were busy, the young lady that was busy serving someone else obeyed one of my golden rules of good service, she acknowledged me and said she would be with me shortly. After dealing with my order in a friendly and efficient manner she thanked me for my patience. Top marks to her, I only regret not being able to name her here to acknowledge her personally.
E.Just wanted to mention PIERCE for his great customer service and patience on Wednesday. Searching for a peace of mind way of keeping my old car's battery charged. Gave me options and good product knowledge and didn't forget to mention the up coming Black Friday Sale. THANKS👍👱🚗✔
T.Staff were dismissive and didn't care, I asked where a certain product was and they just pointed and said down there if we have any. The product was fine and at a fair price and that is the only reason they didn't get a 1 * I won't be going back.

This store has plenty of nearby off street car parking. And during lockdown team members put stuff in the boot while I quietly sat in my car.
Well set out store with service desks near the shop rear as well as the front checkout team. Cordial, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful team members.
