K.The staff are kind and friendly and the service is professional.
But whenever I need to renew my WOF, it's a pain, because it takes a long time! If you're lucky, you'll wait an hour.
I had some issues the last time I renewed my WOF, but it was because of Alert Level 3.
T. W.I don't know who keeps writing reviews under my name about the wait time, but I personally don't care about the wait times. Whoever is leaving a review under my name, STOP IT!!!
The staff were friendly and helpful. Get there early and you won't have a long wait.
