Nice store, however found the communication average. Found myself following up twice on questions I had sent through which is crazy, still spent $900 here but think I would only shop here if I couln't get it elsewhere.

Amazing service! Would definately recommend this store to everyone else. Made an error on the online order due to my mistake, but the staff went over a mile to not only fix my error, but complemented with an extra cherry on top!

I contacted Global Baby looking for spare parts for an old stroller. They have been extremely communicative and responsive.

Living in Australia I spent ages trying to find a website with gifts for mum and bub. I came across global baby. They have really nice products on their website and you can add a giftbox to send to your recipient. Anita was great with her email communication and all my annoying requests were no problem. Item was sent the date I requested and delivered from Auckland to Wellington in less than 24hours. My friend was very happy with her gift. The childrens maori books they offer on their website is a bonus and another reason why I chose to shop with them.

An absolute AMAZING experience. I had purchased a gift and forgot to use the new subscription $10 code and the workers here kindly refunded me the $10. What's more, they replied within the tens of minutes to my message and offered gift wrapping. Love love love this store and am very happy to support this local business.

We had such a great experience shopping at Global Baby recently. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and patient despite having a full store of shoppers. We found a great solution for a car seat and stroller. We felt their product range was really well curated (a smaller range of quality models/brands) which reduced the level of confusion you can feel at bigger retail outlets. Our chosen items were unpacked and assembled for us in store (as we wanted to check out a colour that was not on display). Our car seat was fitted along with useful education on how best to use/fit it as our baby grows. 10/10. Thanks especially to Anita and Flora.

Awesome shop with the best customer service! Click and collect order was ready immediately I even received a lovely email to let me know I’d selected click and collect and left delivery instructions by mistake. When I collected my order the staff were super friendly and helpful and had a great knowledge of the stock and when the baby book I wanted will arrive. Love all of the clothes and stock at this store, it’s amazing!! One of my favourite shops for my 9 month old daughter and for gifts for friends and family!

Anita and her team at global baby are nothing short of amazing! We bought the white lulu cot in amongst the chaos that the world is going through following the announcement of the mandatory lock down. We had no expectations of it arriving prior to the lock down being lifted however arrived in 2 days and is beautiful. The communication and customer service we had received was on point and we couldn’t be happier. As a first time mum in a scary time this was a lovely surprise to be able to finish her nursery prior to her anticipated arrival. Thank you!

Global Baby is so cute, and definitely the place to go for gifts! I love the range of items available and the store is clean and well kept. The sales assistants look welcoming and professional, and I enjoy seeing their store window displays :)

Always so helpful in store. Love our Mutsy i2 we purchased after a great in store demo and comparison. We also brought the Riya Cot and Bamboo mattress through one of the Global Baby sales and was only $20 to ship to us in Tauranga - amazing! Anita is so lovely, I’m happy we get to support her and her family through buying from their family owned store!

I had ordered a book and clicked pick up rather than delivery. The quick email and communication was so good and they took care of the hiccup on their end even though I could have done it but couldn't quite figure it out. Awesome service and such a lovely shop online. Thanks girls!

One of my all time favourite baby shops. Great service, fantastic strollers and the occasional parenting class held there which have been very helpful.

Bought a stroller with a carry cot during their garage sale. Very friendly staff and very helpful for a first time mum.

Have shopped here on multiple ocassions and love the store and staff! Always helpful, and you always walk out with way more than you need! My daughter loves it in there!
