K.I've brought online from the sleep store quite a few times now, and the service is still as fast as ever, even during these times. I am so appreciative of how quick their shipping is, soo helpful for mums! Plus their products have always been perfect (no disappointments) and I like their online advice.

A.What can I say the Sleep Store are incredible! Since making my first purchase 6 months ago, they are my go to for everything for my baby. From sleeping bags to toys, they have everything. And everything I have purchased is such great quality, as they stock the best brands. Shipping is incredibly fast 2 or 3 days max. And there’s a really cool rewards program where you earn points, which equates to dollars to take off your next purchase. And if you need any help they have fantastic customer service.

They are also the best retailer I could find for toddler bedding, I've just transitioned my child to a pillow and duvet and it's reassuring to know she's sleeping on a toddler specific, low profile pillow.
They are by far my favourite retailer, I have complete trust in their products and I would recommend to anyone.

They always have stock, so parcels arrive really fast (usually within 48hrs), and on the 1 occasion that I had to return something, their returns process was really easy. Their return policy is for 1yr too which is amazing, and they let me return something I brought on sale.
I really appreciate the free shipping and the loyalty club points that you can earn on every purchase and use straight away. And their team are so lovely and knowledgeable.

They have a massive range of products, provide a 365 day returns policy (amazing!!), have been able to provide a discount when I found a cheaper price elsewhere but wanted to keep loyal to them. On top of all of that, when I had queries their communication was so quick and I got all the info I needed. Bonus is that you earn loyalty points which means I've always received a little bit off each order.
