I can't speak highly of the staff at this store, approachable, informative and welcoming. There seems to be a new energy in the store since the new owners took over and it looks so much better and presentable. I now wouldn't hesitate in recommending Baby on the move, as I have been in a few times to have my car seats and baby carriers fitted. I always walked away with new information and an understanding on how to use the equipment safely and effectively. Wonderful place and now my go to for anything baby!

5 Stars (+ another 5... and then maybe even 5 more) for the ladies at BOTM. Marianne Rachel Lelani n Meg are wonderful! We needed our Evenflo carseat cleaned and in the process of it being serviced a significant crack was discovered. They contacted Evenflo in America (on numerous occasions and multiple people) to investigate the crack and ascertain how it occured - result being in transit some time before purchase. Time zones and Covid made this harder than expected yet didnt let it deter them. A loan carseat was arranged and hire term extended due to delays frm America in getting the replacement seat. Throughout the entire time communication was amazing and we heard the day our new seat arrived. It's been a long process, through no fault of BOTM, and they kept abreast of the situation the entire time. We are grateful and thankful for all the work and effort they put into solving our problem. We will be life long customers. Thanks team! 👌

We've always received the best customer service from their friendly and knowledgeable staff. We hired a capsule and bought 2 car seats, which are great quality seats. Staff are always happy to adjust the car seats for optimal safety and comfort for your child. I highly recommend this place for purchasing and hiring quality car seats.

We went in this afternoon to ask for assistance in adjusting the baby car seat straps, the owner was so helpful he immediately came out and the adjusted the straps for us while our grand daughter was in the car seat, he also showed us how to adjust it for later on. Wonderful service thank you.

Such awesome friendly people and very helpful and will explain right down to the tiniest detail of how to use your new item. Definitely love their products. Just recently purchased a carseat and our granddaughter loves it.
