Hollie at Clicksafe is an absolute star! Her knowledge is exceptional and she was able to help us figure out the best way to get 3 carseats across our vehicle through an online consultation. Thank you so much!

I reached out to Hollie on IG a few weeks ago. I am physically disabled and need a carseat that I could independently use as traditional rear facing capsules and carseats are too challenging for me to navigate with a newborn. I thought my only option would be to get a carseat that was on a 360 degree swivel base. However had heard that these weren't the safest option for a newborn and deep down I knew I'd need a capsule but couldn't get one out of the car easily enough. After reaching out to Hollie she recommended the Maxi Cosi Pebble & Pearl 360 Modular system for me. The Pebble is the capsule and the Pearl is the carseat. Both which are situated on a 360 swivel base for easy access. Went and sussed the capsule and carseat options out and the fact that I can safely, easily and independently use a capsule blew my mind. It's going to make me feel so much better knowing that my baby is going to be the absolute safest they can be while travelling in the car. Thank you so much Hollie for all your time and expert advice and knowledge you used to help me find the perfect capsule/carseat combination.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the work that Susan did with us on Tuesday. She made the whole process super fun and easy and was so tolerant of my initial indecisiveness. Little Robbie was much happier in his big fancy new carseat on the trip home to Napier and I felt so much better knowing he was safe and secure. You guys do such important work and I wish you were closer so that I could recommend all my clients come to you! We will see you again if we're ever crazy enough to go for Baby number two!

Best experience I could have asked for. I’m so much happier with my installs of not one car seat but all three of my daughters car seats in three different cars. Hollie done amazing and helped me all the way in Auckland over messenger and guided me through the steps to keep my daughter safe and rear facing for as long as possible. I was given the best information on choosing my car seats for the different cars we have , for the future and within our budget. We now have three very safe car seats for our princess. Thanks so much Hollie! When we have more kids we will be back to purchase more car seats and for all your knowledge 🥰

Hollie and Susan are an incredible team and are super friendly. They work together so well and are incredibly helpful. They helped us find the best seats for our vehicle and our kids - not just short term but long term. We are so so thankful to them for helping us get our dream vehicle whilst keeping our kids as safe as possible. They both have a wealth of knowledge and a great range of seats. Honestly Hollie is the best and her new team member Susan is great too. Hollie helped us select and install our carseat for our now three year old and just today they put one in for our 9 month old. She has regularly helped us when we needed to make adjustments over the past couple of years. She is extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about ensuring kids are safe. She stocks a range of products to suit all budgets. Could not recommend more highly.

I first meet Hollie when she did a demonstration at my plunket group, I am so glad I did as I knew nothing about car seats being a first time mum! I first hired a capsule off her for six months, she then installed a car seat for me which keep my baby safe when we just recently had a head on collision on SH2. I honestly believe things would of been a lot different had I not had Hollie’s expert advice, we only get one chance to keep our babies safe, I am forever grateful, thank you to Hollie and the team at Clicksafe xx

I’ve been meaning to message you since coming over to get out seat installed! Honestly it was the most amazing informative service ever! Not at any point did I feel obligated to buy a certain seat or brand or anything. And the best part is that we had a good laugh along the way but still serious about car seat safety and installation which was amazing. I felt like all my questions were answered and if I needed to transfer my seat to another car I could do so without any doubt compromising on safety (something that I was worried about because I have a click-tight seat) this was such a relief! And at no point did I feel judged if I got something wrong or a question I didn’t know. My daughter was beyond excited about her “new seat” and as soon as she got in she was like “comfy mummy comfy” I feel her new seat is far superior to her old one. It’s more supportive, structured and I know if we were to be in an accident she would have the best chance possible.

I love Hollies knowledge and passion. She's non judgmental, she doesn't just want you to buy the most expensive seat but she wants you to have the safest seats for your type of car for your children. Hollie has a wealth of knowledge with carseats and safety for our wee ones. I reached out to her for an online consult to see which carseat would work best for my little one when she was out of her capsule. I chose the best carseat based on her advice and even found out my base and capsule were not installed safely - so changed all that and potentially may have saved my baby if we were in an accident. 5+ star is not high enough. Hollie is absolutely bloody amazing!!! She is so passionate, educational, caring,kind and FULL of knowledge and wants to make a difference one seat at a time. Thankyou for your endless help you have literally been our Fams life saver over the last 2.5 years with both our little people and soon to be our next one. With Hollie’s expert advice and support we were able to comfortably rear face beyond four years of age for a child in the 90th height percentile. This was achieved with one purchase. The consultation was honest, educational and safety remained paramount throughout. We have since purchased three other seats from Clicksafe and the same care and attention has been received every time. Highly recommend.
