S.I was SO nervous to leave my 2.5yr old with babysitters in a foreign country. But turns out my nerves were for nothing!!! Lucy @ Babysitting Queenstown spent ages on the phone with me relaying my concerns and making sure I was happy, comfortable and confident to proceed. Then the sitters she paired us with (Regina during the day and Lana for the nights) were AMAZING. They were just like younger versions of myself and felt trustworthy from the get-go! My son bonded with each of them almost instantly. They were confident with him, and of course gave me the confidence to leave. He had an absolute ball playing with them, and during the day 'Gina' even took him to a play centre so he could play with other kids too! I could not speak highly enough of Lucy and the team she runs. Thanks babysitting Queenstown for making our stay even more amazing!!!
P.We couldn’t recommend Queenstown Babysitting more highly!! We were in Queenstown for a wedding and were rather concerned about how our 17 month old would cope in a new environment, let alone with a new person looking after him for 9 hours!! We also had two other engagements and were so grateful when we were told that the same babysitter would be looking after our son for all three occasions. This was most appreciated and really helped with our son feeling comfortable and at ease.
Our sitter Catrin was very prompt, honest, reliable and our son was very comfortable with her. The report we received following the visit was a lovely touch and we were just so impressed with the service. In addition, we were concerned our son would wake from his nap to a new face, and Babysitting Queenstown arranged for Catrin to meet us and our son in the AM prior to his nap. THANK YOU!! We will definitely be using your services again.
T.We would like to say a big thank you for your wonderful service. The initial contact was excellent and the sitter introduced herself to us via email before the day. I was very nervous as we have never used a babysitting service. We were so lucky to have Bertie, she
came with toys and books and instantly connected with our 3 year old. When he woke up in the morning the first thing he did was ask for Bertie so I guess we will have to come back to Queenstown! Thank you so much for giving us parents a rare night out together, completely worry free! I would highly recommend.
I.We have used Babysitting Queenstown twice during our trip to Queenstown for our 5 month old daughter. The experience was great! The agency was in touch fast and our sitter, Marina, was fantastic. She enjoys working with kids, knows well how to take care of infants and made us feel very secure when leaving our daughter with her. We wish we knew how smooth the experience will be and we would have booked more nights/day time activities in Queenstown.
A.We had Megan from Babysitting Queenstown look after our 10mo old twins and my 6yo niece for a night and she was absolutely amazing! Showed up on time, was warm and friendly and the kids warmed to her instantly. Handled a teething baby like an absolute pro too! Would highly recommend their service :)
B.What a fantastic service! This was the first time we had a babysitter other than a family member for our 8 month old baby, while holidaying in Queenstown. Lucy contacted us within an hour of making the online booking for that evening and linked us in with Emily our incredible baby sitter. She was more than qualified and such a warm and lovely person to leave our little one in the care of. We felt so comfortable we booked her in for the following evening! Would recommend to anyone travelling to Queenstown with children.
N.For a myself leaving my 18 month old for the first time with a stranger was difficult, however I was immediately put at ease by the friendly and professional services provided from Babysitting Queesntown. Our babysitter was able to quickly connect with all of us, but most importantly our baby and kept in constant communication with us. Thank you and we look forward to coming back and using your services again.
