Had a cake to be made by another person, this was cancelled 5 days before my son's 5th birthday party, he was having a transformers cake. Thank you Cheesecake factory for making it happen, the cake was delicious and had lots of comments. Had great customer service as well.

Went into the Cheesecake shop to get a non-chocolate cake. The cheesecake was a strawberry one about an an inch and a half in height and about maybe a little over 30cms in diameter. The cheesecake was surprisingly heavy. A sign that its dense and possibly full of cream cheese. Yum. The cake did not disappoint.

Ordered a white chocolate novelty "Cat" mud cake. Service was awesome from the moment I walked through the door. I felt like they couldn't do enough for me when I was deciding and choosing what we wanted and how we wanted it to look. Your customer service was top notch. I love the ease of ordering a cake online and paying on pick up. I ordered a double choc strawberry torte midi for my Partners Birthday. It was amazing, looked great, tasted great and I'm ordering a Mother's Day cake I enjoyed it that much.

Last night they were about to close and my wife needed a whole cake. Staff couldve easily said sorry we are about to close but they didnt. Still full of smile as they made their aim to serve me and for that reason they deserve a 100% rating period. Besides that they have the best cakes in the Valley.

I was late to pick up the cake and rang them about 7:15 pm but the staff (Amy) was so helpful and let us pick up the cake even after their closing time(they close at 7). Very nice customer service.

This is my favourite place to go for birthday cakes and crying at home alone cakes. Also the staff are really cool. I usually have the most childish things to write on them and they're always game. Went there again and staff are still amazing. Cakes are still taste great while eat it and cry in bed. Weeeh.
