Avanti Finance is giving our family a second chance and better quality of life. This is our first home, and we are an intergenerational family with my elderly mother living with us. We didn't know where to go after our mortgage bank declined us numerous times. But we did some research and through a mortgage broker, Avanti came to help us. We needed another bathroom for our home, with 7 in our family, one bathroom was not enough! Now, not only is our debt paid off, the work is underway in our home for a second bath to service all of us comfortably. Without Avanti we wouldn't have been able to do any of it. Avanti Finance literally came to the rescue after months of endless denials from other finance companies, especially the ones I had loans with previously. The frustrating part was my credit rating was ok and the reasons for refusing finance were vague at best. Thankyou Avanti for being the light at the end of the tunnel.

Avanti finance is brilliant at almost all aspects of a 2nd tier lender. Graham is awesome to deal with and outweighs most BDMs. All the assessors are good to workshop an application with and outcomes of all the applications are granted in a timely manner. Their interest rates and fees are also very competitive.

Avanti stepped in and gave me a home loan when I needed it. which meant I didn't loose my house. They are understanding and accomodating of small business. They gave the most favourable conditions, fees and interest rate of all the providers. They also provided great customer service everytime I contacted them.

We found Avanti Finance very easy to deal with, very clear on what was required and moved quickly to process our application in a professional and timely manner.

We've had clients in sticky situations and unable to arrange finance, but Avanti have always offered good solutions, and even when they were unable to provide the finance on the odd occasion.

I have had 2 home loans with avanti and have refinanced one of them twice as we've purchased other properties. I found their interest rate fair in comparison to bank floating rates and much quicker to obtain. They have always been quick to respond to queries and helpful. If anyone thinks they're being treated harshly I suggest they go to a bank and give themselves the opportunity to make a comparison. I don't mind paying fees to get the financing I need for my business in return for quick answers and good service. I would recommend this company
