I recently opened a business account with Heartland Bank. Nice and easy,, Tish who I dealt with was very helpful and kept me informed all the way. I have some personal accounts with them but have now started to move some business across. Interest rates are on the whole better than the big for bank

ANZ could learn a thing or two from Heartland. Never had an issue with these guys. Top stuff.

Getting hold of customer service is very hard at the moment but otherwise is a good bank to loan with.

Very good service I ring up about a problem about a payment going out and as i refinance with heartland bank but my broker one partner life didnt realize that loan was settling on the same day as my payment was coming out but rohal from heartland bank has guarantee that my full amount back into my account. Tell him that he has made a simple error so easy to fix when i called heartland bank about it and he was I apologize for this error so i thank him for that. Have a good Christmas and New year! Recently experienced problems with payments due to what they called " a glitch" in their system. The costumer service representative I spoke with on the phone, was friendly, helpful and updated me throughout the entire process of sorting out the problem. Despite the "glitch" which did cause me some problems, their service was very professional when resolving the issue.

I just wanted to sincerely thank Tyler Thornburn for the exceptional customer service he provided during the whole application process. It can get quite intimidating sometimes to apply for a new loan but you made the whole process such a breeze.

A first class bank to deal with in every aspect. Excellent customer service.

i don't recommend them at all , i have dealt with them for Business Loan when i have tried to pay off all the money back i found out extra hidden amounts weren't justified at all . i doubt if they have quality assurance dep.to track down these comms and work to solve them but i posted this for the future customers please think many times before you take this step and if you do it my advise is to keep all the emails , you will need it with them later . (i have been contacted by a manager on the same day i sent this message and explained the situation in details ) Thanks .
