I absolutely recommend TSB Centre Branch. I left New Plymouth 20 years ago and moved to the South island. During the years, by phone , fax and now internet banking I have received amazing service. They really do go the extra mile in their contact with their customers. A real, honest, friendly, NZ owned company. Keep it up everyone, I know if I have any issues, with a phone call it is solved by happy, friendly real people who work in your personal bank branch. Thanks for everything.

Great banking staff, i use the bank in Eltham Taranaki, the staff are always polite, knowledgable and will help with any issue you may have, i mostly bank online and if i encounter a problem can call them and get it sorted quickly with no hassles

This is the best bank we have ever used for business and personal use. Nothing is too much trouble and you feel like a valued customer. Besides it is one of the only fully NZ owned banks.

I love having the online banking option, I recently broke my ankle and was immobile for quite some time but was able to do everything I needed apart from physical banking of money online. Very happy with the service and that I can at 68 years of age negotiate my way around the site. Wonderful.

Awesome place to bank, opened my account when I was just a kid. TSB has always provided me with all the banking and support necessary, by friendly and professional staff. NZ owned and operated is the BEST thing about TSB. I've had countless use of many community facilities gowning up in Taranaki that were funded from grants given by TSB.

Simple. I love TSB Mobile Banking App because it shows a balance after each transaction.

For a non-savvy internet user, the TSB web site for internet banking is very user friendly. The website is easy to navigate. Happy internet banking and 5 stars from me.

It is fantastic that TSB still maintains branches out in the suburbs of New Plymouth thus keeping their banking accessible to all.

I’ve banked with TSB as a Premier account customer for around twenty years, despite their nearest branch being around a five hour drive from my city. Everything works efficiently whether I use their internet banking, their free mail service or their toll free number. And I’ve never been to that branch five hours away! During this time I’ve bought a house, several new cars, and funds for overseas holidays, as well as making and renewing term deposits. Nothing is or has been a problem. Great bank, and I thoroughly recommend TSB.

Have been with TSB for over 20 years now and have never been into a branch. Efficient friendly people sort things out over the phone straight away., easy Ringing TSB is a breeze, someone picks up straight away, they don't leave you waiting, no call backs etc so you feel you are actually a valued customer. Friendly people on the end of the phone who live in NZ, awesome. Keep it up TSB.
