N.Whoever the bloke is who has short curly black hair and works out the back- best service ever. Been twice in two weeks and waited 10-15min each time without a single word spoken to me- this guy was great

G.The bank is good and I appreciate what they do but I do not see the need to be forensically asked about my Kiwisaver and what provider I am using etc.
J.My son recently relocated from Australia to Wellington, NZ and where three other major banks all told him he would have to wait a week for an interview to open an account, the staff at ASB went over and above to assist him with opening an account, that is what I call customer service.
M.This branch is located in Willis Street, close to New World and next door to Unichem but before ANZ. Looks clean and bright. Banking in Godzone requires a ton of patience as you have to cope with teller nattering, tortoise speeding, etc. - no Oz Wizard to pave your way to the Yellow Brick Road.
