A.Always a great personalized service at this shop. These guys make an effort to provide great service. A can of refreshing Heineken zero (18+ only) or sparkling water bottle is always nice while you wait. Good barber shop for both adults and boys hair cuts.

R.The staff that work here are really 5 star! Very personable, great service and always great haircuts! I don't know if this is a franchise or directly managed but I do know I hear a lot of gripes (I go to Milford branch too sometimes) about poor management and there is super-high staff turnover. I only give 4 stars as I wish the company would properly value their staff more and treat them as the amazing asset the really are!

J.First time at the Barbershop Company Birkenhead this morning. I am very impressed with the quality of cut and the quality of service. I had a great chat with Jack while he trimmed my beard and cut my hair. He is very approachable, and I was very happy with my cut. If I could give more than five stars as a review then I would!
j.Always a good cut, the barbers really good at interpreting what style my boys need. Theres always a bit of a wait but just sit back and read the paper and stop the world for a moment
