My first time visiting this barbershop was a Monday morning at 9am. Needed a general trim. Great place, great cut, great guys. Gentlemen was very personable and we had a good yarn about life. Will be going back post lockdown

The guys are great here. Consistently high quality. You'll generally need to book in advance. Cory is my go to but I've never been disappointed with any of the haircuts I've had from the guys.

It is my first time having a haircut here. I saw its good reviews. I tried to have a haircut (as I haven't had a haircut from a barber for almost a year.) My dream of a skin fade was 100% reality. The haircut is "slick and sharp". I was stoked about it. These blokes know what to do. As long as they are holding the blades, these gents are here to stay!

These guys are awesome! I came here based on a recommendation from a couple of mates and was definitely impressed with there service! I have seen Chris Swain for a while now and I definitely won't be going anywhere else. The team at Boar and Blade Wynyard quarter are super experienced and are pretty handy with the tools and provide some great banter! I appreciate the quality cuts! Cheers team!

Always good heading down to Wynyard for a cut and some work on the beard. Hops, Chris and the team always cheery on the welcome and the new space is bloody cool. Been a supporter of the Boar & Blade crew for a while and have always had great service and cuts in Ponsonby. Met Hops working in the Wellington shop originally and have followed him to Wynyard. Always good chat and such a slick cut every-time - absolute focus on all the little details and making sure you get the style you want. Awesome seeing a young talented team driving their business forward. keep it up lads!

Had a hair cut today at Wynyard location by Clarkson. Best haircut I’ve had in a while - could definitely tell that he takes heaps of pride in his work and has great attention to detail. Will be coming back. Thanks heaps.

Chris provides just a fade and beard trim that I moved with him when he moved from the Ponsonby shop to Wynyard Quarter. The shop always had a top vibe and there is obviously camerarderie among the team, which helps the atmosphere. If I could seven stars, I would.

Guys out there is very professional And the hairdo comes out to be real good. Highly recommended.
