Came in to purchase the Henson via the web site. Was not too sure which option would suit me better, but after having a chat with Frank, with his expert knowledge and experience, helped put my mind at ease. Happy with my purchase and would 10 on 10 times recommend FineShave to friends and family. Great Customer Service! Great Knowledge! Great Communication!

Coconut shaving cream is much better than anything at the grocery store and the synthetic Omega brush is amazing, so soft.

Ordered online. Great selection of products. Shifting was very fast and in biodegradable and recyclable packaging! Great store.

They are absolute legends. Firstly, the quality and range of products stocked is fabulous. Also, the staff is very prompt in responding to customers. The most important aspect that sets them apart is the passion and knowledge they have in this field. I visited their office with regards to a product I own and the staff there answered all my questions to my satisfaction, gave me genuine advice and also shared interesting information one will not easily find on Google. They love what they do and know all about it!

Self groomers and wetshavers mekka! Wide selection on shaving tools and accesories. The staff is friendly, helpful and always keed to share the vast knowledge about blades, razors, brushes, techniques and grooming in general. Quality shopping experience instore and also via mail order. You always have time to make the right choice, never been rushed, you can take all the time you want. All in all - great service.

Never disappoint - good range online with competitive prices. Very fast shipping, they dispatch your order within a couple of hours and it usually turns up overnight.

Simply brilliant service, range of products and pricing. Ellen helped a teenager through choosing their first safety razor and putting together a beginners kit. Her approach, thoughfulness, product and practical knowledge is very much appreciated. Loved that Fine Shave have a physical store. Made it much easier to know what you were buying (for first timer especially) and know that you can also buy online too.

I wanted to purchase a safety razor, I read reviews online and found the razor I wanted was available overseas on Ebay and locally at Fineshave. It was $10 more expensive at Fineshave but I thought it would be good to support a local business and not having to wait for shipping. After making my purchase they sent my shaver the day I ordered it and i received it the next business day! So much better than waiting a month or so for a package that may not turn up from overseas! Very happy with Fineshave! Will purchase from them again :-)

I purchased several products online from fineshave.co.nz. As I don’t live in Auckland, I couldn’t come in store. Prior to my order, I contacted fineshave by phone to ask which brush holder would best suit the brush I wanted. The woman who answered went out of her way to check whether the brush would fit comfortably in a couple of different holders and was able to confirm for me which holder to get. Great service!! The prices are very reasonable and the shipping was very fast. I placed my order late on a Wednesday night, after office hours, the order was processed and I was sent a tracking number first thing on Thursday morning and it arrived on Friday. Shipping was very cheap and they sent me tracking updates via email. I highly recommend fineshave for all your male grooming needs!! I’ll definitely be using them again!!

Ordered my forst DE razor from the team at Fineshave yesterday and was very impressed by their service. I emailed Frank for availablity on the Rockwell 6c and the 6s and recieved a prompt response. I called them on the phone and spoke with Frank who was very knowledgeable about the products they sold and he was very helpful. The rockwell 6s I received is awesome. Best shave ever! Something I was very impressed about with their website was their search engine, super easy to use and actually worked when I wanted to find something specific. The same cant be said for many other etailers. Their checkout was also very clean and clear. My shipping was free and I placed my order at 2pm and got it the next day which was great (AKL-WLG). Needless to say I will be buying from them again in the future. Just waiting on them to have stock of the 6c to buy one of those as well. Cheers team !

Super friendly family run business with every conceivable shaving item you could possibly want. They go out of their way to be helpful and assist. Highly recommended for any and all your shaving needs, and to top it off everything is very reasonably priced too.
