Came out with a pretty damn smooth fade. This was confirmed when I went to the supermarket to buy beer a few days later and was asked for ID. I’m over twice the legal age and they couldn’t believe I wasn’t under 25. So yeah a pretty damn fine cut alright.

Best haircut I’ve ever had. My hair was cut by Megan and she’s the first hairdresser who has actually listened to what I wanted and went over and beyond (: I usually ask for a trim and the hairdressers take off double of what I asked but Megan trimmed it to how I wanted and layered it as well. Quality chat and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. Would definitely come back again!

I've been getting my hair styled at Dukes for a couple of years now and I only have good things to say. The service is neat, friendly and professional; there's quality around everything they do and the stylists put the customer first and listen to our needs and wants. All of this at reasonable prices too!

Best Barber shop in Wellington. Amazingly professional staff, clean and well presented salon and great range of haircare products. They offer a full range of services and provide a hot towel to finish. Recommended to all as a great spot for a Quality Cut.

Any haircut is only as good as the guy (or gal) doing it. Had an absolute 5 star cut from Rick. There’s nothing worse than feeling like a barber wants you in and out as soon as possible. Rick took his time and showed great attention to detail. Will return for sure!

Dukes Barbershop is By far the best Barbershop I'm Wellington ..My husband and myself always pop in for a great Haircut ...We love the staff and the fact that they do women's cuts which are amazing and men's is such a bonus.. Thanks Dukes we wouldn't go anywhere else..Bev and Ian

I've had nothing but positive experiences at Dukes Barber. I strongly prefer walk-ins to appointments, and my walk-in experience here has always been reasonable wait times, a very pleasant hair cut at an affordable price, and my hair ends up looking precisely how I like it.
