Excellent brow shape and dye from Mica. Brows have never looked better! Thank you so much! Mica took a lot of time and precision in finding the perfect shape for me and my brows. Colour was perfect and so crisp. I love it and interested to see how long they last.

Have been going here for almost a year and they are fantastic! Place is always clean, staff are lovely and it’s a safe and comfortable environment. I see Geo for my brows and she always asks if I’d like to see the step by step process of how she will be doing my brows to see if I’m happy with them. We always discuss the colour (henna brows) and see if there’s anything I’d like to have changed from last time. Now I let her just do her thing as I fully trust her to give me the best brows as she always does!

I booked in with Mica to have a lash lift as well as eyebrow henna and I am so happy with the outcome! My brows in particular have never looked so good and I will most definitely be coming back! I’ve already had so many compliments and queries as to where I went and I’ve directed them this way because wow! So happy, thank you Mica for doing such an incredible job!

I had the most amazing experience with the lovely Geo! She took such great care of me and my brows and lashes are *chefs kiss* on point!

Highly recommend ALL of the beautiful girls at brow theory! I have been going there for almost 3 years and seriously wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve had my brows done by all of the girls. My last appointment was with Geo, she is AMAZING! I get henna done and I couldn’t recommend her anymore. My brows come out perfect every time! The salon is beautiful, all of the girls are kind and very welcoming! These girls are nailing the brow game 👏

Have been seeing Geo for about 6 months now and I’m so happy with my brows every time I leave! Geo has such a calm, professional approach and she always makes me feel like the experience is very personalised and never rushed. I got henna brows for the first time today and was so impressed with how she took the time to talk me through the whole process and colour matched me perfectly! Highly recommend.

Have been coming here for a few years now to see Kiara- and am always pleased with my lashes and brows! I have recently jumped on the micropigmentation brow trend and ABSOLUTELY love them! Painless procedure and they look so natural once healed! Am already booked for my annual touch up :)

I got a Henna brow and shape professionally done for the first time at Brow Theory. I do not often wear much makeup so was aiming for the more natural look. The customer service was faultless and I got the naturally shaped and filled eyebrows I was hoping for. I couldn't recommend Nikayla enough. Such a beautiful, clean salon as well.

This is such a great place to go to get your brows done! I have been coming here for the past two years. They always tailor the shape based on your bone structure, meaning they don’t use the one shape fits all approach. Have recommended brow theory to all my friends and family. Especially awesome service from my regular brow technician Kiara, who always knows exactly what I want and is friendly every time I see her :)

Would 100% recommend Geo to do your lashes and brows, she is very clear with what she will do before she starts and always does an amazing job. Great customer service from the whole team too

**update** Hayley (owner) got in touch with me to discuss my experience and offer a resolution. It's clear she cares a great deal about customers of the salon and my experience is not the norm. Updating rating from 1 to 3 to reflect her efforts to listen and remedy. A+++ customer service. Hate to do this but had a really poor experience. Arrived a couple of minutes before my appt (brow tint & wax, lash tint), completed the new client questionnaire and service didn't start until 15 mins after my appt start time. I showed photos from an overseas tech of the look I have been working towards for the last year which were fluffy, full brows. Brooke told me makeup was used to achieve this so not accurate (I don't believe that) but understood I wanted them to be full. She mapped out what she was going to do and started. She handed me the mirror at the end and the lashes looked great but my brows were so thin. I raised this with her and she said she'd shaped as we agreed and that I didn't have much hair to work with, which I struggle to believe as I hadn't had them done in 2 months due to Covid. She didn't brush the fronts up and trim which made them look even thinner, and the ends were non-existent. I had talked to her about using LiLash before she started and she suggested I try that on my brows as it "can't hurt". I cried when I left. Booked here due to Covid reschedules with my prior tech meaning I had customer meetings and an event before I could get in.. I wish I had just waited. I think the other girls here are probably better but I wouldn't recommend Brooke for brows.

Ive been seeing kiara for a brow shape and tint for years on and off as i live on the other side of town but keep coming back as she’s serious the best. Looking forward to my first annual touch up for micropigmentation soon - game changer

Great place ! Would highly recommend. Haven't had my brows done for years, ended up getting the works and along with the lash lift , I thought the result was amazing. Michaela was professional, efficient and friendly.Rebooked straight away. Give then a try, you won't regret it!!!

Kiara is amazing - best Henna brows I've had in New Zealand. Highly professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. Always on time. Genuinely consultative in approach, not just "one size fits all" mentality. Excellent customer service, sparkling clean salon. Street parking can be challenging however huge new carpark in the same street makes planning your visit easy.

I booked in for the works -- brow shape and tint, and lash lift and tint. Unfortunately I can see hardly any difference whatsoever from the lash lift. I have been to quite a few places to have my lashes lifted before and have always had a dramatic curl after, but this time it's not very noticeable at all. However, the service was good and so was the brow shaping and lash tint. It's a cute spot in a convenient location.

I don’t trust many people with my eyebrows but I love the service I get every time. They frame up before they start so you know what you are getting, no surprises! Love a lash tint and lift here too. Best I’ve had

It was my first time getting Henna Works and Kiara was my tech and I must say, I am very impressed. I loved how meticulous she was and explained each of the process well. I will surely come back and request for Kiara all the time ☺️

Lovely setting, professional and warm staff and I walk out feeling totally out together. Lash lift and brows gives me a lift. it's nice to feel like I can just wear tinted moisturizer and feel done.

Always walk out loving my fresh brows. Weather it was feather, powder or just a tint and shape. Girls have always been friendly and professional. 100% recommended!

The ladies at brow theory are fabulous! I had the micropigmentation booked and was tad nervous. Kiara spent time with me to go through everything, answered all my questions and was very thorough through every step of the process. Highly recommended!

Quite disappointed if I have to be honest, I was super excited to come here to get the works, and my upper lip waxed, and I had Geo, she never asked how I wanted my eyebrows done, just stated she's going to do them this way, and this certain colour when it wasn't what I wanted at all, as I had a photo I was going to show her but I felt to awkward to say anything as I didn't want to seem rude, then when we were finished she completely didn't even wax my top lip! Again I felt quite awkward to mention it as it seemed like they were closing and I didn't want to be a burden, but I had booked in for my top lip to be waxed I was excited shouldn't you guys read throughly what you are supposed to be doing that session? Anyway it was okay but not what I wanted at all just did what she wanted to do with my eyebrows sadly for that reason I will not be coming back, Kind regards.

Beautiful clean, calming environment. Staff all very lovely and great to deal with. Lots of care and time taken to ensure brows are a shape/colour you are happy with. Love coming here!
