I.Great service from both Coco and Jisoo on my online purchase. Coco was very helpful when picking up a blind buy and she included few other samples as I requested so I can exchange to another if i dont like what I buy. Jisoo went extra mile tracking on my purchase and kept me updated continously. Would definitely visit the store when down in Auckland and thank the beautiful girls in person. Highly recommend👌❤️
N.After a not-so-nice experience at Chanel Albany, I came to Chanel Britomart and had the loveliest experience with Jisoo - She was patient, professional and very friendly! Looking forward to coming back!

S.Went in to buy a lipstick and was pretty impressed by the service displayed! The lady who served me was Lana, a lovely russian woman who really knew what she was talking about, super helpful. She really knew the ins and outs of the store. However, she was almost overenthusiastic, which is why I rated 4 stars. She tried a bunch of other products on my face, such as a face serum and a moisturiser with a fragrance to match. She knew I just wanted a lipstick, so I thought it was a bit unnecessary but nice all the same. She tried on many different lipstick shades on me until we found the right one and was very patient. Overall I would come back, but you have to be firm on what you actually need, because if you dont come in with a plan, you will end up buying a lot more than you bargained for.
C.Walked in looking to get no existing No.22 in the states only to find it & get invited to a party a week later! Awesome attentive staff. Go my face "beat" as we say in the USA & make it my profile pic on FB. Olivia was the bomb! Everyone was very helpful. Best Chanel experience ever. Thanks to all🤗👏😍
S.Quite surprise with what other comment said, I personally really like their service, they always come up to me when I just walked in and introduce the product, and they will always give the sample I want after I purchased. The sales is really good at selling things, and every time I go back there the sales person always remember me and what kind of products I like.
G.Great service! Went into store to find a bronzer and they did my make up with the product finding me the perfect bronzer, then offered me a free facial for my next visit and testers. Also the bags are adorable.

L.I visited a few weeks ago to view the product range and find out more about Chanel makeup and fragrances. I spoke to a lovely member of staff who suggested I book their free 30 minute mini facial. I arrived on a Saturday morning and Inez Edwards and Coco looked after me. My experience at Chanel throughout was outstanding and I will be a regular customer. Congratulations Chanel Britomart on your first year anniversary.
