E.Absolutely blown away by the haircut I had with Chris. Typical bloke, I didn't really know how to look after my long curly hair, it was dry and frizzy and as a result I didn't wear it down often. After my initial consultation with Chris I was confident I'd found the right man for the job! When you leave the salon looking like Jon Snow you know this chap has some skills. An absolute pleasure to have had a session with Chris and I will be 100% returning. I would give this man 6 stars if I could.
M.Had the best experience here with Chris. He truly knows how to work with curly hair and gave me a really good cut that works with my natural texture and “wash and go” type routine. He also gave me invaluable advice on how to take care of my specific hair type and what products I could use (and shouldn’t use). I’d highly recommend Common People to anyone wanting a quality cut and a great experience.

The space is comfortable and you get enough time and attention to discuss what you want what works and what doesn't work and he also helped me with the techniques and what to do with my hair going forward and he's funny which is always a plus.

Common People (aside from having what must be the world's coolest name for a hairdresser's) has a really nice vibe, and of course, two of the loveliest, most talented people in the industry at the helm.
Chris will throw in a side of life advice and his Netflix recommendations alongside a hair cut and colour, and Sophy will make you up like she's getting you ready for a magazine photo shoot if that's what you're after.
