Koreen has always cut my hair for the three years I lived in Auckland. I never needed to see another hairdresser because she was just brilliant. It seems like she know how I would look with my new hair cut even before she started cutting it. She was a blessing, I adore her attention to detail (I showed her a picture and she did it with some improvisation, once we even argued about the length and turned up she was right). Price is very reasonable, good value for service she provided. I moved to Wellington last year and still looking for a hairdresser in the same level as her.

Hands Down the BEST hairdresser I have ever had! I am forever changing my hair colour and each time she has created the perfect one for my style. Plus kept my hair in healthy condition. I have also used her makeup services which was great as I am very fussy when it comes to makeup. She comes highly recommended.

Always a great hair colour at Grandeur. I've been coming here for years, Koreen has taken my hair from super dark to lovely light blonde. Nothing is too hard for her or her hair dressers. Will be seeing you again soon!

Koreen has always been my hairdresser, she doesn't pressure me to make massive cut / colour changes if I don't want to. My hair always looks amazing and healthy leaving here.

Highly recommend Flick @ the Beauty Room at Grandeur.Amazing hot rock massage, one of best waxes I have had. Good therapists who focus on their work hard to find. I will be making a habit of this Beauty Room!

Great service, friendly and Koreen gave me exactly what I asked for. I'm always really anxious before a haircut but I left smiling and feeling great! Can't wait to go back.
