D.Awesome job, considering my hands are pretty much the climber - boulderer / lifter / gardener / all round haututu. I work in hospitality so clean fingernails / hands are a must. I’m a no fuss personality so the work for I wanted was on point. Although I wasn’t used to their process. Another nail salon I used to frequent had theirs locked down to trim, file, soak, massage, colour then uv. Who’s to say what’s right or wrong, right? My nail tech was and still is awesome regardless. Recommend to book.

T.Been going here for a year. Lovely ladies. Products are all genuine and stay on. Expect long wait times. They accept anyone that walks in the door but only have a couple of nail techs on hand so on average, even when you book it takes 1 to 1.5 hrs to get yr sns nails done. More expensive then any other nail saloon. Since Lilly left, it's a mismanagement mess. Ladies in here are all over the show and miscommunication and quality has been poor. Shame really but Lilly was their only efficient and reliable nail tech. Trying other saloons now I can definitely say in comparison the products used here are far superior to other salons.
A.Visited this place to get my eyelashes and nails done about a month ago. The lovely lady that did my eyelashes was so sweet and they were done really well and lasted me a whole month. The lady that did my nails however I found to be quite rude and she was really rough and painful with me and my nails. I had asked for a particular nail art and said if they couldn't do it id rather them do something else but she was adamant she could do it and they turned out horrible. The rating reflects the one lady that did my nail art poorly, as I feel that the rest of the spa is really good I just had a bad experience with one worker. Will however be returning to get my nails done again as everyone else in the place were very sweet :)
H.Always have the best experience at Green Nails &Spa. The staffs are friendly and helpful. No rush job even when they are busy. They also have shampoo + head massage service that will make you feel like a million bucks!!!
C.Fun friendly staff. I was a little disappointed in the finished product as it seemed they were being very careful about how much polish was used so coverage was very thin/uneven. I would go back again and give them another go though as staff and experience was good and they have more accessible hours.
E.Green nail and spa in Birkenhead are a great salon. I went in at a super busy time and left not completely satisfied with my manicure. HOWEVER, when i got in contact with them about this they were happy for me to come in and get them redone. They were very kind and considerate about doing a fresh manicure for me. They are very professional in their craft and i really loved my overall finished manicure. I even overheard other customers say they drove all the way from Hamilton for their service, They must be that good!
B.Place was nice and clean and the tech was really sweet and attentive. She had to pull double duty since she was short-handed that day, but the service didn't suffer. My sister-in-law had a manicure and I opted for a pedicure. We both left pleased. I would definitely recommend.
A.Lovely service and pleasant conversation. Excellent job done on the spa pedicure and manicure with regular polish. Professional presentation of small salon. Highly recommend for quality, value and customer service. Worth noting I wasn't the only customer who travelled from another party of the city to attend this salon.

E.Got my brows waxed and she listened to my desires regarding shape and length and then spent plenty of time ensuring they were even and looked good. I often change the shape when I get home to suit what I want yet I won't have to do it after going here.

. Parking though on street and Birkenhead is notoriously bad, however the traffic is very transient, there is a good chance of parking close to the shop
From a practical point of view I certainly preferred this to the malls. However the mall has different advantages.
