Love my new shadow brows! Emma is a true professional and makes sure you're happy every step of the way. She's a true perfectionist and I totally recommend. She has lots of knowledge and puts your mind at ease. Thank you Emma! Very happy with results.

I had my first microblading session with Emma on Friday night and I couldn’t recommend it more! Even though they’re still healing, I love them already and the entire process exceeded my expectations in every way! Emma is thorough and professional (including the pre reading and after care pack with full instructions what to expect). I was a bit nervous to start, but Emma took her time to get the shape perfect and checked in to make sure I’m comfortable with it before starting. She’s a delight to talk to, and it wasn’t nearly as painful as I thought either. Thanks so much!

Having loved Emma's work on my brows and lashes, I was really excited when she introduced powder ombre brows to her services. Emma does the most amazing job at making my very short lashes look longer and fuller and my very fine eyebrows look thicker. She put me at ease from my very first visit and now I really look forward to getting my treatments. Visited Emma's cute little salon just over a week ago for a lash and brow tint - I thought I'd try the LVL procedure as it sounded a bit different. Emma put me at ease straight away with her friendly manner and explained every step of the procedures very thoroughly. I was really pleased with the results , particularly my lashes! I would definitely recommend you pay her a visit if you want total professionalism and an exceptional result! I will definitely be returning to her salon.

When I found Nouveau Lash Design & saw Emma’s own work I booked a ‘let’s just see’ consult & from the onset was confident in Emma’s abilities, not nervous - excited! Huge for me because until now, I’d been scared off the idea of tattoo’d brows after seeing images of some really gruesome fails by other artists. Emma gave me FANTASTIC perfect Shadow Powder brows. Super talented & professional, she explained the process throughout with good aftercare expectations & instructions. A bonus - I anticipated discomfort but this wasn’t painful for me, just lots of sneezes! Very happy to wake up this morning with actual eyebrows, thanks so much Emma, you’re amazing!

Emma is so talented that I would easily recommend her to anyone! She has an eye for detail and won't settle for anything less than perfection, which is hard to find these days. I have been twice so far, for a brow tint/lash extension and today to try out her Shadow Brow service. Amazing! You will not be disappointed.

I met Emma last Tueday and just loved her work. I got a tint and trim and my brows are looking awesome now! Emma is super professional and knowledgeable, she really knows how to frame your face and has such light hands I nearly fell asleep on her table :) I'm most definitely coming back!

Emma at Nouveau Lash Design is a TRUE professional. She is always super quick to respond to messages and appointment requests and I love going to her for LVL (which is a Lash Lift and Tint) she explains the process all the way through which makes it such a relaxing experience as you then know exactly what she's doing! And the results are spectacular! As a busy Mum of 5 boys I now don't have to reach for the Mascara in the morning, my lashes look amazing and have lasted for ages! I have also just had my eyebrows Microbladed by Emma, and WOW, now my morning routine is even quicker. She explained the process carefully and made sure I was comfortable with everything, relatively no pain at all and the results speak for themselves. Went to Emma for the first time last week. I had an eyebrow wax and tint plus a LVL lash lift. I was very impressed with the results. My skin didn't go red like it has done in the past after waxing. Emma also talked me through the whole process of the lash lift as I had not had one before. I would highly recommend Emma!

I first visited Emma in February to have a lash lift. Straight away I felt so comfortable with her - you can tell straight away when someone knows their stuff. I’ve since then had another couple of lash lifts, my brows waxed and tinted and also a set of lash extensions for a wedding I was attending! The lash extensions were AMAZING, I got so many compliments from everyone and had to dish out Emma’s details. So when Emma asked for volunteers to come in so she could basically tattoo their face, I didn’t hesitate. I’ve always wanted my brows microbladed but just hadn’t got round to it. It didn’t worry me that I would be the first person she had ever microbladed, which speaks for itself - I trusted her implicitly. Suffice to say, I’ve now had them done, they looked amazing afterwards and of course now I’m going through the healing process. I cannot wait to see how they look after they are healed and I’ve had the follow up session. I’ll also add, Emma always has amazing offers on and her prices are brilliant - it’s lovely to visit someone who is so down to earth and clearly loves her work! Thanks Emma!

I was so nervous but Emma put me at ease straight away.She was so lovely,she spent a long time making sure I was happy with the shape and colour, and talked me through every step of the process. I was lucky enough to be a model for Emma for brow microblading. She was really thorough explaining the process and made me comfortable that it was right for me. It's only been a few days and the look will change but I LOVE them!! Can't wait to try some lash beautification next. Thank you 😍

Have been to Emma a few times now, first for brow shape and tint, then for LVL lash lift and most recently Microblading. I have been so happy with all my treatments but specially the Microblading, I’m so happy with the result, the colour and shape are perfect. Highly recommend Emma.

Emma, is friendly and knowledgeable. With good eye to detail and good listening skills she completes the look that is desired. Trusting her to get my brows on fleek, there is no hesitation with her work. Quality products are used and product knowledge is great. I travel over 10kms to go directly to her for my treatments, that proves there it's worthy of the trip.

I went to Emma for eyelash extension removal (which I got elsewhere) and a LVL. I’m very happy with the outcome. Emma is very friendly, professional and talks you through the process. I would highly recommend 10/10
