I had an amazing two hours with Aruni as my therapist. She is wonderful, a beautiful, restful experience. I left walking on air, feeling peaceful and rested. Thank you 🌸

This was my first time booked in for a massage with the Beauty Loft. Soyong Park was my massage therapist. I went in there as a birthday treat booked by my mum. I had quite bad neck and should pain on one side due to carrying and sleeping with my sick toddler all week but I was only expecting a bit of relaxation. However the service I received was a huge surprise, I can honestly say it was the best massage I've had to date. Not only relaxing but the massage therapist was exceptional, she was so professional and was able to pinpoint my back stress without any discussion

We were given a 2h couple pamper package as a gift. Booking online for couples is impossible so I called and had to leave a voice message. My call was returned the same day and an appointment was setup. There is no dedicated parking for the spa and during the week all close parking is charged for. The staff were pleasant and courteous and the atmosphere was superb. I thought the single heat pump / air con was working overtime and not adequate for the place as it was still quite warm. All in all, I would make use of this spa again.

I had a really lovely massage and facial today. It was really relaxing and the girls were all lovely, friendly and professional. I do have to be honest and say that the location and building is really noisy and you can hear everything - the people next door, the nail assistant cutting nails, people moving around upstairs, and people outside. I had to knock a star off because this does make it pretty hard to fully relax. I would also recommend that before the massage, it would be a great idea to ask the client a few questions: -Is there anywhere that we need to avoid for the massage? - are there any areas of tension that you would like us to focus on? - what type of pressure do you prefer? It would also be amazing to have a shoulder massage or something while waiting for the 10 Minutes for the face mask, rather than someone leaving the room for the 10 minutes :) With this said, everything was still lovely, and I left feeling nice and relaxed.

Fabulous manicure and pedicure. The salon stayed open late for my appointment just before Christmas, which I so appreciated. The technician was friendly, relaxed and did an impeccable job with my shellac nails. She was so careful and thorough at every stage, and checked in with me that I was happy with the shaping, colour etc. and this showed in the final look of the nails. 3 weeks on and although my nails are starting to grow out the nails and colour are still in great condition. Thank you!

90 min body massage and facial. Lovely experience, I went with my mother and had a pleasant time. I shall inform the the body massage is more thorough than usual massages(pressure, but you can ask for it to be softer), but I assume it's to relax the muscles and you will most likely leave without any knots in your back so to me that's a bonus. The facial was also nice. The room temperature was cosy. Both of the therapists offered us all sorts of treatments which is nice because you don't always know what you can add on. We both left with lovely skin and we felt amazing. I'd definitely recommend and I shall be returning.

Received a grab one voucher for a back massage and a facial. The back massage was utterly amazing, removed all the knots and now I don't have an achy back. However the facial was the complete opposite. I felt as though the whole facial was rushed, and it was very rough. During the facial, I was left alone for at least 10 mins, which could have been better spent slowing down the whole facial, allowing it to be more enjoyable. I didn't feel relaxed at all, and when it was all over, I was told that I had very bad skin and needed to start using treatment to make it better. I had just been to my usual place for facials, less than a month ago, where I was told that actually I have good skin and that I don't need to have treatment. On another note, the same song kept playing over and over again and it was driving me crazy! I also felt like I was rushed to leave when I had finished. I would definitely go back here for another back massage, however you won't be seeing me for a facial :(

We had the two hour pamper package and it was amazing. I'm 7 months pregnant and the ladies were incredibly caring, and provided an extremely relaxing experience. I wished I lived In auckland so that I could make it part of my regular self care. It was very clean, and everyone was lovely.

Always a lovely relaxing experience at The Beauty Loft and great value for money. The staff are courteous and welcoming.

Very nice and friendly staff and the treatment was ok. The noise from reception and people walking past to other treatment rooms is very loud though so not relaxing when people are coming to appointments.

The only massage place I've been to so far that makes the massage enjoyable and relaxing. Will be revisiting

Absolutely beautiful and relaxing. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. So peaceful and serene. It is a bit pricey, so I would only go on occasion.
