I got my first lash extensions here! I was a little nervous cause it was my first time but Courtenay was very kind and welcoming. I got the classic diva set and they look amazing! I've already gotten a few compliments. The first time I got to see them I was stunned at how good they looked. She was super fast and efficient and I would totally get them done again! Thanks Courtenay for making it such a great experience.
k.A friend recommended the lash room, and I went there. Everything about them is fantastic, from the customer service to the quality of the work they provide. My eyelash lift, as well as my eyebrow waxing and tinting, lasted a long time and looked fantastic! I've never had so many compliments on my brows since getting them done! I adore their work and believe it is well worth the investment!

L.Absolutely love getting my lash lift from Elle! Looks so natural, but is such a great thing to do when you want to feel that bit prettier. My first lash lift lasted 2 months, and was so great for summer as I could swim in the beach and my lashes would still look great. I have very straight hair, so for me, putting on mascara without a lash lift looks so bad, but with a lash lift they look amazing. I highly recommend getting a lash lift if you are wanting to feel that bit prettier, on budget:) Thanks so much Elle, I will always only keep coming to you for my lashes! PS. I come all the way from Botany to Ponsbonby-yes, it's worth it:)
H.I 100% recommend this place if you want your lashes done. I’ve been coming here for years now and started off getting extensions but after I brought a lash serum from here I don’t need extensions anymore and only come back once every few months for a lash lift and tint. The serums from here really do work and I have been getting so many ppl thinking my lashes are fake when I have mascara on because they have grown so much! It did take about 4 tubes and 6 months to get this far, but I started seeing results after I finished my first serum! So I 100% recommended this place and recommend trying the serum too :))
T.My first time to the lash room was to Elle. Since then, I've only ever come to her (but I'm sure the other ladies are great too). Elle is just amazing and her quality of work is always high. You never get bored there because Elle makes the best and funniest small talk, and she sings (wonderfully) while you're waiting for your lashes to dry. My sisters and I all just go to the Lash room for everything
É.It’s been more than 3 years that I’m going to get my lash lift and tint done at The Lash Room, simply because you cannot find anywhere else that does it that well! The result is always amazing, they are taking time with you, making sure that you’re happy if the result, and they are passionate ! Definitely recommending this salon and Albany’s one to anyone who wants beautiful lashes/brows done by a professional. Special thanks to Elle who is taking care of me since 3 years. The booking process is easy, although it does appear that they book out quickly so you'll need to be organised and book in advance.
I was happy that my appointment didn't feel like it took forever.
I have been to other lash establishments before and the time it took (almost four hours elsewhere) felt like forever.
The following few days ahead, no lashes fell out at all. In the past (other lash establishments) I'm always dissapointed to find clumps of lashes on my pillow the following morning.
It has been two weeks since my initial lash appointment and I'm still getting just as many compliments now as I did on day one. I'm really loving the quality so far, how quick it is and the competitive pricing.
I highly recommend.
B.I had an appointment today with their trainee lash tech Bella, she was very professional and I'm super pleased with my set, it's very full and fluffy despite only being the classic natural set. Nice work especially considering she's still learning! Keep it up girl you're going great :)

J.I love how my lashes always turn out after these lovely ladies work their magic. I've had my lashes done once elsewhere, and didn't achieve the same great results that I had with Lash Room. Tori is my favorite lash technician from the Albany branch. She is highly skilled in her craft and you can be assured of the great quality in her work.

V.Such a lovely appointment! I was very well looked after and everything was thoroughly explained to me during the procedure. Highly qualified and my lashes look unreal afterwards. So much attention to detail - you really feel like you're being looked after. Highly recommended! :)

Not one to get extensions so the first lash lift i got she recommended products to help grow my natural lashes. They worked wonders and i haven't looked back since!!
R.I’ll start by saying that the diva set Tammy did for me was really gorgeous and I was super happy with how they looked. Unfortunately after just over two weeks they have almost all fallen off, meaning I would have to pay for a fresh set rather than a fill when I was meant to go back next week. I’ve had lash extensions for about four years so know roughly what kind of lifespan to expect and was pretty disappointed with these as I can’t afford to pay for a fresh set every month.
k.I had my lashes done at the lash room in Kingsland on Thursday last week, it’s now Monday and almost all of them have fallen out :’( The Lash Room then offered to fix my lashes for free!! I was super surprised, not something I would thought would happen! Great service and awesome staff
R.Awesome lashes. They lasted 6 weeks before they started shedding. I spent 3 weeks with them on swimming in Hawaii and dealing with the humidity but they did not budge one bit! Defs recommend.

C.Went in for the first time after having a bad experience getting extentions done somewhere else. They completley took care of me and instead of removing the lashes and putting on a whole new set they offered me the infil price and did an amazing job. Was so happy with this affordable price and beautiful lashes :) Looking forward to becoming a regular customer
E.Beautiful salon. Warm friendly staff. Great treatments and the Russian volume natural lashes are gorgeous.
O.Did an eyelash lift and tint. Pluses: they use silicon rods, which help to protect the eyelids from getting a solution on them, and the risk of irritation is minimum. Minuses: they didn't discuss all possible effects, didn't show the photos of different curls(depending on the size of the rod). And eventually used the rod too little for my eyelashes. As a result I got an extreme curl for my medium length lashes, they turned towards the eyes too much, even touching my eyelids a bit. So eventually the effect was not natural.
J.A big shot out to Courtney, thank you for fixing me up. Always a good professional service. Well worth it for Russian Volume. Never looked back after having them on.❤️👍😀🥰

C.I went for lash extensions and totally misread my appointment time and came in late. They were so nice and accommodating even if I there were misunderstanding at first (totally my fault!) despite my bad lash condition, they fixed my lashes (that another salon butchered).
Natalie did an amazingly great job in making my lashes look pretty again. 5 stars! totally recommend! I already booked my session before I left the place. If you are looking for a place to make you look and feel beautiful, look no further, this is the place 🥰
