K.The Nail Vault team are absolutely amazing! Serena is not only so lovely and easygoing, but is super talented with her work! She has an eye for detail and does an amazing job every time. I always get so many compliments on my nails. Recently I was able to book a group of 4 for pre-wedding nails and spray tans and they were so professional and accommodating, even when the bride to be wanted to change the colour of her nails. S.From the moment I walked into The Nail Vault, Serena greeted me so warmly and made me feel so welcome. I’ve never done my nails up so I wanted it to be special and I just told her, work your magic and boy did she! I did the mystery manicure and she made gorgeous galaxy inspired nails for me and I adore it. I can’t wait to go in for my next appointment. She also educated me on nail care and recommended a cuticle oil which smells so delicious! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
B.Serena Is absolutely amazing! I've been seeing her for over a year and she has helped me stop my nail biting habit (which i had been trying to break for 6 years!). I honestly couldn't have done it with out her. She is an amazing nail tech, her nail art is absolutely stunning! She is super non judgmental and has been so supportive of me during my nail journey. I've seen her for Gel manicures and acrylic and they are always flawless every time and leave me feeling good about the way my hands and nails look whenever I leave my appointment. Couldn't recommend more!!

K.Best nail salon I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in and sitting in the chair to when you walk out the door the ladies are so welcoming and have created a great atmosphere. The constant conversation not only with just you and your technician but with everyone else in the salon so you leave not only with a smile on your face and nails to die for but a place you definitely want to go back!!!
C.I contacted Serena when I heard the salon provided acrylgel manicures. I had heard these were the safest for my nails as I suffer with cracking and peeling and generally poor nail health.
Serena was great and answered all my questions and actually suggested I go for the rubber base gel manicure with IBX treatment. So I had the “Mystery Manicure” and I can honestly say it was the best I’ve had in NZ and I’ve tried a few places!! Serena was great to chat to and so much time taken with the prep of my nail so I know it will be healthy! I’ve been complimented so much on the design. It’s definitely not something I would have chosen so great to have something different.

J.Serena and her team go from strength to strength. While she couldn’t do nails for four months - she certainly hasn’t lost her touch! I get asked about my gorgeous nails so often I have to carry her cards!

P.Loved going here! Serena is so sweet, good to talk to and amazing at nails. First time getting acrylics, and I am obsessed! It is the best nail place I have ever been to - I felt so welcome and felt like Serena really cared about how my nails turned out and did her best to do them exactly like I wanted. I will definitely be going back, and highly recomend to everyone.
C.Serena is amazing at what she does! Not only does she have knowledge about the health of your nails but also she can style them with fun and beautiful hand painted designs. By far the best nail tech I've ever been to in my life (and I've been to a lot).
A.Literally the best in the game!! Serena is incredible, I couldn’t recommend her enough. What you ask for is exactly what you get. I’ve had crazy amounts of compliments on every set of nails I’ve had done by her and she never fails to amaze me - super talented and hand draws everything perfectly. Also, she has every colour of glitter you could imagine!
H.Serena is amazing. For the longest time, I battled my gel manicures breaking and peeling within days. Since discovering the gel builder product Serena uses, I have had no such trouble. My nails have grown so incredibly long (and strong), I should really cut them shorter. But I can't bring myself to do it 🤷♀️

I saw all the progress of the other nail biters on her Instagram & I was amazed at how well they had done. I got in contact with Serena & had my first appointment, we started off with acrylics & before long my nails were long enough & didn’t need the acrylic. Serena used an IBX treatment on my nails & it helped them grow so much. Serena at The Nail Vault is the most down to earth gal, she creates the most beautiful nails. I have loved watching her business grow! I 110% recommend any nail biter to make an appointment with The Nail Vault & you will not be disappointed! 😍
