R.First experience in a beauty salon. The lady I had was lovely. Not much of a consultation given though, so make sure you know exactly what you want & let them know before you start. Would have loved more educational information around services given. Overall, I'm pretty happy and the price is great.
T.Had the pleasure of having Josephine at Top to Toe at Papakura work her magic on my hair. Got a layered cut and then a straighten and she knew what I wanted and made me feel comfortable. Such good customer service and even better service! Could not recommend Josephine and this hair salon enough - awesome work and am so happy with the service I received :)
M.Had the bad experience with the salon on Friday when I was told by a staff member I needed to make an appointment when there was only two customers in the salon , and the lady that normally does my hair was free right there and then. I walked out and went to another salon. You lost a regular customer because of the attitude of the staff member and she gave me the evil and walked away.
H.Went in today to get my eye brows and mostach done. Wow I have never had someone do it so swiftly. Normally you obviously get the whole watery eyes red face outcome. But she did it so I didn't even feel it.. maybe just abit more shape next time. But obviously I did just walk in and didn't ask for anything specific. So my fault lol.
A.I love Tala, her knowledge, skills and experience is outstanding. Last but not least, her warm and caring personality, smile and the great vibe in general at the Papakura salon is always welcoming.
