Experienced, lovely and just all round amazing team. They listen to what you want and will help you also decide on alterations if your hair is not suitable. I had a wonderful experience. I have horrible thinand fine hair. Lots of hairstyles I like do not suitmyhair type becUse of this. My amazing hairdresser took the design i liked and altered it to suit me. We then went for a colourful experience which i absolutely love. I'm definitely going back for touch up. Thank you so much Vivo Mairangi bay team

Absolutely fantastic, very professional & really listened to what I wanted, had great advise.

Casey from Browns Bay is my Saviour. She helped me alot with fixing my damaged coloured hair done by other salon. She simply awesome and very professional.

2nd time here and I left happy with my hair, again! Super satisfied with my hair transformation and I will definitely come back again. I messaged one of the stylists on instagram and she booked me in through there. No hassle and Super convenient booking. I used my grab one voucher and only paid and extra $55 to get my hair dyed. I made sure to get a quote first and I was expecting to pay a lot more.

Very happy with the service. Ive had a full head of blonde foils done by Patricia twice now and its always done very efficiently and turns out a clean blonde. She has given me good tips that I haven't heard before and the salon has a nice vibe. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff and the service was outstanding. I had my hair done with balayage style and was very with the outcome.Trisha is a star as she knew what I wanted. Highly recommended. Will go back next time for sure :)

I found out about Vivo through a Grabone deal. Upon arrival, I felt welcomed and comfortable. My stylist Tracy was great. Made me feel so comfortable and attended to. Tracy is obviously very experienced and talented and I will be happy to go back. They also offer Afterpay, Oxipay and Laybuy which makes it so affordable.

Great serivce. Kind staff. Easy and available. Always satisfied with hair colour, cut, treatment and style. Only thing is needs a bathroom inside. Just a heads up they are open plan based so you will see staff preparing and mixing hair product etc...definitly recommend.
