Leonie is so knowledgeable! So nice when you go in for the first time and they know the knowledge and get on what needs to be done. Awesome! Will be back.

Its my first time here in NZ to do waxing thats why I’m so indecisive in choosing which salon should I go to but luckily, I went to Body and Soul. I had the best experience ever! The service was excellent and the staff are very friendly! I love how natalia boost my confidence (coz I’m very insecure of my body hair) Will definitely recommend this salon to everyone I know. 😄

Absolutely love getting a massage here from Ghislaine. She is friendly, professional, and experienced. She really listens to what problem areas to work on and the massage great value for money. I can't recommend her and Body and Soul enough! 🙌❤💆‍♀️

Friendly and knowledgeable team. The blue and red light treatments have helped clear my skin. I have also had the best eyelashes done here, that looked natural and lasted ages. Highly recommend Body and Soul. :)

Friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me in weeks with my shoulder injury in just a few weeks, whilst others had taken months with no result. Very professional. An upmarket service for a reasonable price. Passionate about your sense of wellbeing. Would have no hesitation in recommending this business.

Lovely, professional staff who always make you feel welcome as soon as you step in the door. I have been going in to Body and Soul now for the past 2 years for various of treatments but most recently to get my eyebrows shaped/tinted and eyelashes tinted. Cannot recommend Anna enough, she is friendly, professional and knows her stuff. She takes the time to listen to what you would like and is consistant at getting my brows looking amazing...I have red hair so was a bit nervous with what colour would look good when I first went to get them done, but Anna reassured me and achieved an amazing colour and shape.,,I am always getting comments on how good they look! A++++++

Leonie was super efficient, friendly, and all round passionate about what she was doing. I've been to a few beauty places around Christchurch, but this was by far my best experience so far!! :)

Stopped by for a spray tan while on holiday. I wanted a great colour that wore off well and that's exactly what I got. Friendly service, great colour and great price. If I find myself in Christchurch again I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

I always love my visits to Body & Soul for my facials, brows, lashes and light therapy. Leonies knowledge and passion for what she does is amazing so I know I'm in good hands.
