a.OMG!! The best experience that I ever got. I had a 2hr session with Tajinder and she is so amazing at what she does. Got a facial which felt so amazing and she did an amazing job with my eyebrows and waxing. Such friendly vibes and amazing customer service. Definitely will go back again.
C.I got my lash extensions full set done by Bhumika as well as an infill and love them! The lashes really last, hardly any fell out in between in fills I would have gone longer had I not been going on holiday, and they look natural and volumous. The service is great and I LOVE my lashes.

I had threading which was done well and an Indian head massage. It was good but very gentle wasn't asked if it needed to be more pressure.
Overall a good experience.

D.beyond amazed at how great this place is! Just randomly decided to treat myself to threading and a facial. Threading was quick and easy. So happy that they just shaped and didn't thin them too much. Facial was so affordable and easily the best facial I've ever had. Dragged mum there too and she was happily pleased too. J.Elegant Beauty & brows in Northlands is my go to place when I need my brows done. Sukh does my brows and I love then every time. They make sure to give you a good shape to suits your face and if you want then a certain way then will do so. I've been to many places around Christchurch and this is by far my favourite place. They also are super sweet, have good service and they will make sure that you are satisfied with your brows after they are done. I highly recommend!

a.I got my eyebrows done and I walked away very pleased. For the last 6months , each time I went to get my eyebrows threaded at different stores . I would always leave with a slight gap and then advised that I had to grow it out in order for it to be full and not have a slight dip in it. Sukh was very patient and took her time on doing my eyebrows and asked if she could fill my eyebrows in as a recommendation (free of charge)
. I was amazed at the results, at how it enhanced my eyebrows. Definitely didn't let the opportunity pass by and I purchased the pencil too. Thanks for the great service, I would highly recommend and I will be going back In the future as I have trust that sukh will do a great job 😊

My usual treatment would be a face/neck/chin wax and eyebrow tint and shape. But I have also had the pleasure of having eyelashes permed & tinted, full leg wax.
Today I had a face wax, eyebrow shape and dye and then the most blissful Gold facial with Sukh. I felt very relaxed and comfortable being under Sukh's gentle but firm hands and heartfelt smile. My skin tonight feels incredible and I can't wait to come back for my next treatment

A.Booked in for an eyebrow shaping and fruit facial in Riccarton mall.
Kiran did the eyebrow shaping for me first. I had never done this before, and there was not much preparation beforehand. I was immediately sat in the chair, and she wiped my eyebrows clean and then started straight away. The process was quite painful for me and I found it very out of my control to slow it down. The website stated that it would be around 15 minutes for this service, and I don't think she spent anymore than five minutes on my brows. Once each was done she gave me a brief look at them to see if they were ok, but I don't feel she was as knowledgeable or confident in making a good judgement that I would have liked. Didn't feel the most respected as a client, however she did do a good job.
Sandeep did my fruit facial. She was very good, gave me a good bit of privacy to prepare and directed me really respectfully, as well as giving warning before she did anything different that I needed to be aware of. Overall a very good experience with her.

I.Been here couple of times for threading now, I feel bit expensive but which beauty shop is not. Good staff and highly recommend therapist Raj, she does great job on eyebrow shapes and overall threading. She is Definitely an asset to elegant beauty.
C.I was visiting Christchurch and made an appointment for eyelash extensions and brows shaped and tinted. Bhumika was lovely, she made me look 10 years younger. It was my first time having my brows threaded. I love them! She gave me natural looking eyelash extensions, noone can tell I 've had them. They look natural, full and lush. I will be going back next time I'm up and considering just visiting to get my brows and lashes refilled in weeks! Thank you Bhumika.
