I have recently been there for a Facial. It was the best one I ever had in my life. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a change. The staff is so friendly, she made me feel confident about the treatment and products she is using. The end result is so stunning. Thanks very much SARIKA. Thank you guys so much i really enjoyed my facial, hot stone massage and henna brows . And only cost me 99$ for 90 minutes of pure bliss. I will be back for sure. I highly recommend the two lovely ladys that did this for me, very professional and great service. Made me comfortable. I didn't get there names but my appointment was at 11am 21/01/21 at south city mall. Thanks again . See you in 4 weeks

I have been going here each month for about a year and recommend to all my friends. The ladies who work there are so lovely. Dee is amazing at eyelash tinting, I normally experience lots of stinging but Dee is careful and I haven’t experienced any pain.

I absolutely loved the massage and facial, especially the head massage. They use excellent products, which I did end up purchasing some and my skin has never been better! Why only 3 stars you ask? The aircon came on full force during my facial and I was freezing! I told the beauty therapist that I was cold and she said that unfortunately they had no control of the temperature as it is controlled centrally by the mall itself. This would have been a 5 star rating if it had been warmer, it's not quite relaxing when your teeth are chattering, and this is coming from someone who doesn't get cold very easily at all.

I had the most amazing facial and massage from Poonam. She was extremely professional and was very knowledgeable with what products would suit my skin. It was extremely relaxing and if I could provide more than 5-stars I would! I have been to see the lovely Poonam twice at Flawless now, both times for a massage and facial and she is the best beauty therapist that I have ever been with. Poonam is super knowledgeable and read my skin absolutely perfectly and gave me a very personalized experience for my own skin concerns. My experience was so affordable and so relaxing both times, the hot stone massage was just incredible and after the facial my skin was super hydrated and glowing, the best its ever looked. I've definitely become a regular of Poonams and I can't reccomended her enough, she really goes the extra mile for her clients and makes you feel so pampered and special. The best experience. The ladies are very professional and nice. I have been going to flawless for about 1 and a halfish.i have never had a bad wax from any of the girls untill today. When the lady gave me the mirror to check it looked ok but perhaps abit red but what can ya do. When i got home i checked my eyebrows again and they are horrible. Uneven and a little short is some places. It also hurt alot worse than normal. I do wish everyone well but unfortunately i wont be returning.
