I have just had my touch up appointment after getting my brows micro-bladed and I can’t speak highly enough of Emma and the amazing job she has done. I was well informed about the whole process before even lying down on the bed and Emma made sure that she really took the time to make sure I was happy with the shape and that it was symmetrical. The micro-blading was pain free and I was very comfortable. It had taken me a while to do my research and find the courage to go ahead with the procedure but Emma made me felt at ease during the whole process and I would easily do it all over again! I have had such a positive experience with Lovoir and would recommend their beautiful clinic to anyone who wants to be well looked after and access top level beauty treatments. Their space is amazing. Thank you, I am really in love with my new brows!

Outstanding! This is my second visit in the space of a month. Great service when booking appointments and they give great advice around best products and treatments for your skin! I have had the peel and a lash lift with Emma, was very happy with both! The fitout is also stunning, would highly recommend!

I was given a voucher for here. I used it to get myself a pregnancy massage at 38 weeks pregnant. From arriving to leaving, the service was 5 stars. I felt pampered just stepping in the door. The massage therapist (Teresa I think) talked me through positioning options to best suit me and my bump, and make me comfortable. There was no oligation to rush when leaving, and I could relax and was offered water/tea in the lounge following my massage. I will definitely return for a postpartum massage if they'll have me!

Booked in for a spa day with my friend for a bit of pampering and boy, were we pampered! Everything was perfectly set up from the get go - the interior decor is super relaxing, the background music will send you right to bliss! Thoroughly enjoyed the back massage, the facial, the scalp massage and even got a glass of bubbles whilst waiting to be set up for the lovely mani-pedi in the end. We truly felt like queens and our expectations were definitely exceeded! Thank you so much and looking forward to the next appointment :)

I see Emma for my eyebrows and she always does the most beautiful job. I also see Grace for my facials who again does a beautiful job. Lovoir city centre is the most stunningly quiet and peaceful spa. Defiantly a must do for relaxation!

Hubby treated us to a deep tissue massage for our second wedding anniversary. Absolutely loved it! Tash was incredible, at one point it felt like she had 10 hands! I felt like I was melting into the bed! 5/5 stars, hands down would recommend!

Had a One for The Boys Facial at the newest beauty salon Christchurch has had open this week. Lovoir Skin Body & Beauty in The Crossing. It was a really good experience! My skin feels and looks clearer and the therapist was very thorough. Will for sure have this as a monthly regular.
