O.Service - Absolutely brilliant! First up, Leticia knows what she is doing as a professional and I trust her with my extremely thin, fine hair that has to be cut and styled carefully.
Studio - Her studio is incredible, lovely ambiance, pristine cleanliness, beautifully decorated and cozy.
Price? Very reasonable and I'm a poor student, especially for the level of service and thoughtful extras like a wheat pack for stressed shoulders and the best scalp massage in chch!
Personal - I don't often write reviews but this one is worth the effort. I recommend getting your next hair appointment here and guarantee you won't want to go anywhere else.
J.Cant recommend this place enough. My first visit i had a full head of highlights and a cut and Leticia did an amazing job. The salon has a comfy, retro vibe that I found really welcoming and getting to pet the dog was an added bonus. Will definitely be going back.

A.Went there to change my haircut and showed photos of what mostly was bowl cuts saying that I don't want the edge to look too sharp and that I didn't want too much volume around my face. In the end the haircut somewhat resembled what I showed in length but had too much layers and no volume where necessary. Also my fringe somehow ended up being asymmetrical. I must admit, the hairdresser send me an email a couple of days after asking for feedback, but I just felt that me giving feedback wouldn't change my haircut in any way, and that I wasn't able to politely express my disappointment, so I just didn't reply. I was considering for a while to go back to this place for a trim, but then remembered that this lady suggested some strange ideas like making my undercut much higher on one side and thought I wouldn't risk again.
Also there was the hairdresser's dog in the salon because it got injured and needed to be supervised. The dog was sweet, but it's really big, like a lab or rottweiler. I think that it would be nice to ask at least new customers if they're ok with it or want to reschedule, because while most people seem to like dogs, I there are people who are really scared of them.
