My wife loves this place! She has been twice now. During her visits she has had excellent customer service and good accurate treatments each time. The staff are friendly and inviting. The environment is clean and cozy. They are also timely and well priced! After really struggling to find a good hairstylist in Dunedin, this is definitely a great place to go! They are professional and make the wife feel confident, feminine and refreshed with her cut and colours.

Absolutely love my visits to Aurum! I always leave feeling so amazing. Being a mum it's nice to go somewhere that makes you feel and look good while having a good chat. Thank you Sydney! You're the best!

I have been an Aurum customer for 6 years, I was drawn to the business with their online booking system and now they are my only hair salon. I have naturally curly hair and have suffered some awful cuts at other salons, but Ria is a curly hair expert. Friendly and amazing staff, great value for money, and a beautiful salon, I won't go anywhere else

Just got my hair cut hair, and it was great. Very professional but comfortable atmosphere. The stylist was just the right amount of chattiness- she read the tone well. My haircut was done well, and I appreciated the recommendations from the stylist because I wasn't sure what would suit my face- this was really helpful!

Superior hairstylist! These ladies are excellent. Not just good.... Excellent. Sydney does my hair and Nikita does my mother's both of them are exceptional in what they do. They provide anything you are after colour, cuts or teatments. It's pretty hard to get an appointment here which is testament to how awesome this place is.

Georgia is spectacular! I came to Aurum after my Mum and her friends got their hair done at the salon and recommended them to me. I arrived and explained to Georgia how unhappy I was with my hair after I visited another salon and wasn't listened to and left with a hole in my pocket! Georgia listened to me, talked me through the process and then went ahead and made my hair look amazing! I never thought I could have healthy blonde hair, and now I do! I look forward to coming in because I know I'm in the best hands and will leave loving my hair! The team at Aurum are wonderful!
