Fantastic, just had my 5th cut there & every time they have been attentive, interested & friendly but above all else they do a fabulous job. Another AMAZING experience at Ross and Co!!!! I walked in with dull, sad hair and left with shiny, bouncy, gorgeous hair!! After a hard week the head massage was so needed. If you go you have to get a treatment. It smells fantastic and you get extra massage time. Thank you so much Charlotte. I’m ready for the holiday parties! Great service from Trish and team. Friendly welcoming staff and very pleased with my blow wave styling. Many salons don’t do great old fashion blow waves with brushes these days! Other salons want to use irons! Totally not the look I want and also doesn’t stay in. Thank you Trish and team.

Had been 18 months since I got my haircut so was in desperate need but coz of lockdowns and that my hairdresser I'd been going to for 10 years left her salon and couldn't track her down, it forced me to find someone else that I trusted. I read such positive reviews for Ross and Co I thought i'd give them a try. So I managed to get an appt yesterday with Lisa. She was amazing, she knew how nervous I was, and listened to how I have my hair done and what I liked. She absolutely nailed it! Did a great job. She was lovely and chatty. I have already prebooked my next appts with her so I'm very happy :)

I love going to Ross and Co!! I’ve been getting my hair done at Ross and Co for about 4 years. I’ve never had a bad experience. Since the first time I went they made me feel like I’ve been going for years! I will not get my hair done anywhere else!! I love the products they use and I always feel like a million dollars when I leave. If you’re looking for a hairdresser head to Ross and Co you will be happy with any of their stylists! I go to Charlotte and she is amazing!! Did I mention the best head massages I’ve ever had!!

Highly recommend Ross and Co, my hair stylist was Trish and I didn't catch the other stylists name. I received ombre hair colour and a fringe trim. I felt a bit apprehensive, as I've been to the same hair salon for 10+ years in Auckland and its scary entrusting somebody to dye your hair, but rest assure, you will find experienced staff here. Plus the vibe is real nice. They all joke around and work like a team. Would definitely go back. Thanks guys !!

This was a punt trying out a new hair salon, but I had read previous reviews and thought it was worth a try. I’m so glad I did! Lisa was my colourist and stylist. She was a delightful personable lady who was very good at explaining to me exactly what she was going to do, and how it was going to look. The colour was great, exactly as she had described (despite my nervousness). She is a skilled stylist, and whipped my lockdown hair into shape again. The lovely young lady washing and massaging my head, explained each procedure she was doing (It was so relaxing I wanted to take her home). I’m very very happy with this successful punt.

Fantastic communication all the way through the Covid lockdown keeping me abreast of rescheduled appointments. Worked hard to provide a time that suited me as soon as we moved to Level 2. Incredibly professional, welcoming and enthusiastic staff who listened and offered suggestions while taking into account my feelings. I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Ross & Co. As my appointment was during lockdown I received an email to schedule in a new appointment. As it turned out, it was 9am the morning we went into Level 2. The professionalism right from being greeted and throughout my colour & cut was incredible even though there are new protocols with this Level 2. I’m so happy with both the cut & colour of my hair (thanks heaps Trish). I was also given lots of tips on how to care for & style my hair, plus a delicious coffee & chocolate fish to go!

Maddie does my keratin straightening treatments, and she has completely restored my faith in hairdressers. She is so intensely focused on achieving the best quality, her attention to detail and skill is flawless. You feel like the most important thing in that salon when Maddie’s working on your hair. She is really easy to talk to as well. I hate small talk and the fake chitchat that can often happen in customer service scenarios, but Maddie is genuine, easy to talk to, legitimately funny, and not over bearing. Highly recommend.

Nothing is ever a problem...and they dont charge me for a quick fringe trim ...such amazing customer service. I’ve been to a lot of hair salons over the years and haven’t settled on one, until now! When I first walked in the door I felt like I was right a home, and the team had a great vibe. They made sure I was happy with everything along the way, checking I was comfortable, helping me with advice on what products would suit my hair (but not in a pushy way like others) and I was so happy with my end result. Great service and friendly. I normally don't go to the same hairdresser as I've never been completely satisfied. But they have a complimentary 2 week follow up appointment, where you can tweak what you don't like, which made me feel a lot more comfortable, and makes me feel like they really do care whether I am happy with my new hairstyle.

My first time here today. I booked this appointment to fix my previous colour and cut (done by another hair dresser) that was a complete stuff up! Ross and Co was recommended to me, in particular Aimee. From the moment I arrived, till leaving was a really enjoyable experience. Aimee was extremely friendly and very informative about anything hair related. She delivered exactly what I asked for in a cut and colour on top of fixing all the stuff ups from the previous one. I walked out feeling refreshed, looking great and confident in my appearance. I’m heading back in 2 weeks for my very own style session, just another service they offer on top of many others. I've been coming to Korrie since earlier this year and she's definitely the reason I keep coming back! I believe she's a junior stylist, but you'd never know it. She's an absolute magician when it comes to blow drying, and she always puts in 200% with the head massage (which if we're being honest, is half the reason we go to the hairdresser, right?). She also never complains about blow drying my masses of thick hair because she's such a champ haha. The rest of the team are so lovely too. They're very professional but still have great relationships with their clients. A few other salons I've been to have been quite gossipy and rude in their conversations but you'll never hear that at Ross & Co. I definitely take comfort knowing that I'm not going to be talked about after I leave the salon. The whole team really do go above and beyond to make sure you're 100% happy with the end result too. The customer service is unparalleled. You definitely have a client for life in me! Thanks again to Korrie and all the ladies at Ross & Co for always making me feel welcome and beautiful :) x

The amazingly talented team at Ross and Co made the impossible (from other salons) possible. By possible, I mean taking my hair from dark violet to blonde! I've been bouncing from hair salon to hair salon and it was always their way or no way at all. They are sooooo welcoming aswell. Korrie gave amazing suggestions, did the strand test and my hair lifted really well and just the other day I went back to get my roots done, and I couldn't be any happier! This time I had Laura (who helped Korrie the first time when my hair was bleached) who did my roots and styled my hair! I'm so happy with my nutri curls shampoo, conditioner and treatment that I purchased from Ross And Co. It has made a dramatic difference to the condition of my hair. Easily a 5 star experience! Santana the hair-wizard has been in charge of my hair for over a year now. I will admit I am lazy when it comes to hair maintenance and probably styling as well!... but Santana has worked her wizardry and given me an easy plan to upkeep the colour, a cut that looks good even after I've left it too long between appointments and made it shine!!
