So happy I found this place! I've had 3 treatments here so far and have been pleased with every single one. It's the kind of place that feels like you are stopping by at a friend's place for a catch-up, yet you walk out with soft smooth skin, pampered feet or less aches and pains. I was blown away with resident massage extraordinaire Robyn - the first masseuse I have ever encountered that sat down and had a chat before she asked me to get undressed (and the view outside her room makes it feel like you're in a little oasis). I've also had a glorious facial with Alesha that left my skin feeling amazing and a much needed deluxe pedicure with Steph that was done with precision and care that a lot of places lack. They are all an asset to the salon and masters at what they do, but what I love the most is that they are relatable, down-to-earth women that are happy to chat about everything or nothing, make sure you are completely comfortable at all times, accommodate health issues and really care for their clients. And then there's Briar at reception, always smiling and bubbly, managing a busy appointment schedule and welcoming clients with ease and grace. By far the best beauty salon I've experienced and the very reasonable prices mean that I'll be able to treat myself more without feeling guilty. 🙂

Love going to vital balance and have been for a long time now .i have had a few therapists over the years and been happy with them all.it helps that they are around the corner from me as well its my time to treat myself and i feel welcome and comfortable always.

Always, always feel truly pampered after visiting here. The ladies are absolutely lovely and with gorgeous smiles to greet you with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Robyn is by far the best massage therapist I have discovered, and you can't beat Amy for a facial. Devine!

The ladies were super welcoming and friendly. I filled to mention the I was pregnant and the masseuse adapted her room and style accordingly, and super quickly too. Felt super relaxed and loved every second of my massage.

I have become a highly satisfied and regular customer to Vital Balance! All the staff are fabulous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable individuals. They make you feel super comfortable and welcome no matter which service they are providing. I have never once been let down by this amazing team - Would definitely recommend to anyone!! :)
