Renee is an absolute angel! She has created such an inviting and calm space. I was booked in for a bespoke facial, my skin has been super soft, glowy and hydrated after she worked her magic!! Renee takes your skin concerns into consideration during your facial with products she recommends which do not disappoint. Renee goes above and beyond during your whole expected and her attention to detail is nothing shy of amazing, from the consultation with knowledgeable recommendations to the arm and hand massage during treatment and bliss ball post treatment ☺️ I cannot wait for my next facial and highly recommend booking in for yourself or treating a loved one to a voucher, you will not be disappointed xx

The most beautiful facial and space. I treated myself to my first ever facial after hearing so many great reviews about Beauty by Renee. All I can say is wow. Renee exceeded my expectations by a mile. Her space is absolutely stunning and she is such a down to earth person. The facial was everything I wished for and made such a change to my skin. She had great communication via message before and after the appointment and gave me recommendations for my skincare. You can tell she really cares for all of her clients. I absolutely loved my time in Renee's space. I had a facial and massage and both were very relaxing. I had a bespoke facial with Renee and I cannot recommend enough! Her studio is sleek and modern, whilst remaining cozy. Her facial was tailored to my skin, and one of my favourite parts was I didn’t feel pressured to buy skin care at the end! She asked if I’d like recommendations, gave me all the info but wasn’t pushy! The facial was incredibly relaxing, and the steam was an added bonus! Would highly recommend.

What an amazing experience! First time facial for me and it was divine. Renée was incredibly lovely, caring and helpful. She clearly explained everything she would be doing, as well as did a consultation on my skin routine and a bit about me and why I was there. I suffer from psoriasis and Renée took extra care around that which was awesome. Her studio is stunning. You feel safe, warm and welcome there. Gorgeous interior design details. And a yummy treat at the end was nice! The facial and massage was glorious! Everything just felt perfect. Super relaxing and my skin feels incredible now. Renee took particular care in ensuring she understood my needs/wants and any underlying issues I have with my skin, she then undertook a bispoke facial that suited these needs. The facial was SO relaxing - the sculpting massage was amazing, as well as the extras like the head, arm and hand massages. All of the products used have left my skin feeling so soft and refreshed. What can I say, I was treated with the utmost care and attention, from the moment I walked into Renee's studio, I did not feel pressurised to purchase any products that had been used in my facial in any way. Even though I did not currently use the products, Renee was very respectful and did not even suggest a product she was using would be 'a great alternative', for this I am extremely grateful, as it certainly taints the whole experience when you are encouraged to purchase something. Renee is an absolute delight, (this was my first visit), and has a lot of knowledge when it comes to skincare. When I am visiting Tauranga New Zealand again, I will certainly book in for another facial, as this has been a much better experience than a number of other facials I have experienced.

Renee is professional, friendly & has an extensive knowledge on skin & how to care for it which I found super helpful. Her home studio is super cute & relaxing, making it a peaceful oasis situated in the sunny Mt Maunganui. The space is clean, calm & smells beautiful. I loved my experience at Beauty By Renee ~ not only did it offer a space for calm, but I also felt completely at ease knowing that Renee had years of professional experience behind her. Renee was able to guide me with appropriate skincare products and from that I purchased a moisturiser which is amazing - light, dewy with added SPF. I came away from my bespoke facial glowing, relaxed, more knowledgeable and wanting to book my next appointment straight away! You only get one skin and this is definitely a spa I would go to again.

I had a facial here recently and loved it . The whole experience was perfect . Her room is beautifully made up and presented . Renee is kind and professional . She has a really calming nature about her that makes you feel welcome and safe . These things are important when you pay money to relax and unwind . I had a 1hr bespoke facial with Renee and omg afterwards my skin felt the best it has been for years! It was such a relaxing experience (included an amazing head/face/shoulder massage) I didn't want it to end. Highly recommend adding on one of the hydrojelly masks, they are incredible! Renee's extensive knowledge of skincare and product was so helpful. She made a personalised skincare plan for me but didn't make me feel pressured to purchase anything. I did however buy the Medik8 blemish control pads she recommended and I noticed a huge difference only after a few days of using them. My breakout cleared up so quickly! Such a beautiful little home studio space too. I will be returning as soon as I can!

Today I had a facial with Renee and I have never been so glowy! It was an hour of pure bliss including the best head and face massage I have ever had… the hydrogel mask was out of this world…! Her studio is tucked away down the end of a driveway off Valley Road and from the moment I entered the property I felt at peace. The studio is beautiful, light and airy and the passionfruit vines and birds chirping were a very nice touch. I think this was the first facial I have had where I wasn’t forced to buy any products afterwards. Although my skin looked so good afterwards, no blackheads for the first time ever, so I had to get my hands on whatever made that happen hehe. It was by far the most relaxing facial I have ever had… so good that I bought my sister one for her birthday!

My first facial with Renée was incredible. I immediately felt welcomed and relaxed by the peaceful, clean and stunning space she has curated. Renée focuses on all the little details that are often missed. She explains the treatment and products thoroughly, allows you to completely relax and unwind, and has the best massage pressure and facial technique in the game! You can see the thought and care that goes in behind the scenes to give her clients the best, from skin assessment and product selection to a sweet treat left at the end of the treatment. I am pretty particular with my skin treatments, having worked in the industry, but this was by far the best facial I have ever had (and there have been a few!). My skin felt amazing, I can't wait for my next treatment and to use my new products she recommended.
