J.The work they do is amazing. Perfect nails. However they are not ready by 9.00 am for customers. They are still clearing towels and prepping for the day and customers are made to wait even when you have made an appointment for 9.00am. I keep going because they do a great job of nails but they need to be ready by 9.00am and provide a more friendly welcoming service at 9.00am.
