K.I cannot express how absolutely over the moon we were to walk into this salon yesterday. My partner and I were heading to a wedding and needed a last minute hair cut for my partner (while I wanted a cheeky trim and straighten). We walked in and we were welcomed with open arms!! We were not only blown away by how welcomed we felt but also the service and conversation! We were worked on by Jo and were just simply blown away by everything about her and the girls at Defining Elegance! Thank you so so much for everything! If anyone is in Napier, do NOT hesitate to head in and see the girls for top service ❤
L.I come in here with my 2 and a half year old every couple of the months to get his haircut. It is a comfortable, open space with lovely and friendly hairdressers. He loves getting pampered and I get 15 minutes to sit down and relax which is a gift in itself! Highly recommend :)
H.I got my hair cut by Dani and she did the most amazing job. She was so friendly and professional. The shop is so open and clean with a nice waiting area. Loved the whole experience.
