Nicole demonstrated her skill in a relaxed, calm manner when she did a 30 minute head and shoulders massage for my frail, elderly mother who has dementia and significant neck and spinal arthritis. She quietly and compassionately chatted, putting Mum at ease. giving her a massage of a lifetime. My mother had never been to a Beauty Salon - I think she thought she was in heaven!! Thanks NIcole. Highly recommend the ultimate treat!

What can I say! This salon is truly wonderful - a real hidden gem! Part of me doesn't want to tell you how good this place is in case they can no longer fit me in! ;-) Nicole has such a warm energy and really makes you feel like you are the MOST important person in the world, allowing you to leave all your daily stresses at the door! Whenever I go I just don't want to leave, because I feel truly pampered, relaxed and can just be me for an hour! Bliss! I'd highly recommend Nicole's signature facials because she customises it perfectly for me every time and sometimes includes some little unexpected treats! Heavenly. Love it here... can you tell!?

Nicole is so skilled and knowledgeable. I have been using her product, Kokulu, for around 7 months and am thrilled with the results. Unfortunately I don't live in Wellington, but Nicole goes out of her way to prescribe the correct product for my skin, and have it delivered to me in the South Island. The outcome of her expertise is very evident. There are noticeable improvements in my skin. The product is beautifully presented, made with natural ingredients and, having used several ranges over the years, this is by far my favourite. I only wish I lived closer to experience an in-salon treatment.
