A.Mariel was amazing! She did me and my partners haircuts, we're both very happy with the results. She was really friendly and efficient, especially as she was working by herself due to other staff being out with covid, it must have been a stressful day but she didn't let it show. 10/10 Thanks Mariel!
C.I’ve been here twice, generally satisfied. I’ve had regular haircuts, they’re attentive to what you want and need and it’s clear that’s their priority, they’re not just trying to get it done quickly to move the queue along. It’s worth the service. the waiting time tends to be longer than what the system tells you- I’ve waited about an hour or slightly more than that each time. That’s just how it is when it’s a no-appointment salon! I’m not too bothered so I just go prepared for that - go run errands while waiting or have a book handy. It wouldn’t work if you’re in a rush ; might be a bit stressful.
T.Absolutely loved Karla for my toddler's haircut. She's got the magic touch to put my (usually very wriggly) little one at ease and give him a lovely haircut. Wouldn't go to anyone else! Thank you for making my son's first and second haircuts such lovely experiences, Karla!
Definitely recommend queueing online ahead of time or dropping in on weekday mornings, if you can, when there is usually less of a wait. Thankfully, Whitcoulls is usually a great place to spend 15 - 20 min with a little one.
t.If you in need of a quick cut then ideal, otherwise the cut overall was fine but not what I was really hoping for. Otherwise it's allgood
B.Perfect service, got exactly what I wanted. Walked in and had to be put on a waiting list but that’s completely understandable as everyone gets busy. I think it was a woman named mariel (I think!) who did my cut and she did an excellent job, will be back again for sure.
