D.I had my nails done today after not having them done in quite a while. They were a mess when I went in and Lok took great care of me, ensuring when I walked out the transformation was unreconisable. Thank you, see you again soon. I can highly recommend!

R.Good work but terribly terribly slow.! 2 of us were pre-booked for midday. We were there at 11.55. Mani and pedi - normally takes 1 1/2 hrs. We were out by about 3.15.
My manicure was started after my mother’s was completed. Loads of extra walk-in people were taken in while we waited. They seem to start the work, so you are unable to walk out and meanwhile others get accepted and started - so they too wait. Eventually they come back to you. But sooooooo slow. Work was pretty good - so if you have lots of time it’s ideal.
Lady in charge is not particularly welcoming, but seems to be ok technician.

H.Went in this morning as a walk in pedicure, Served immediately. The lady I got was friendly and done an amazing thorough job! Love my pedi beautifully done, I enjoyed the pampering and relaxing clean atmosphere. Massage chairs were a added bonus! Would definitely visit again!

J.I am a visitor to NZ and needed the shellac renewed on my fingernails. Looked at the reviews for this salon so was put off. I was in the Richmond Mall the salon was empty so thought I would try it.
Yes the girls were quiet but not unfriendly, very efficient and professional. I am very pleased with the Manicure and Shellac that I had.
J.Booked but got there and others were already in the pedicure seats but I wasn't to worried I just did some shopping and came back 30 mins later. Pedicure was as you would expect relaxing and tgey did a good job
